I gave a 1 star rating, if I could give 0 I would have!!! I'm not a member there but went in there at the LA Habra branch to see about opening an account and the lady that was in the back in her cubical was not busy, but as soon as she saw my husband walk towards her she got on her phone to make a personal call. She kept her back towards us and finally looked at my husband and basically ignored him! We couldn't get service, so we left. Their loss, not ours!!! So unprofessional!!! If you don't want to answer questions or do your job, then stop working for the bank and sit at home, but don't waste people's time by ignoring them! I will find another bank who wants my business!

Received a Letter from WFB offering a nice bonus to open a checking account. Arrived at the La Habra branch (Imperial/Beach) at 9:30a and proceeded to sit in waiting area for New Accounts. after about 15 minutes of not being acknowledged, I walked over to a Kiosk and saw that I had to scan a bar code with my cell phone to check in. I did that. It said I was Number 2 in line. Sat and waited 1 1/2 hours with no one acknowledging our existence. When finally a young lady approach me and my wife and addressed me by name (from my electronic sign in) and then advised me that their new accounts person has an appointment at 11:00a and that they close at 12:00p. Basically telling me that they couldn't help me today. She setup an appointment for during the week to come back. I don't usually write reviews, but, I just can't believe they asked me to leave. I was looking for a new banking relationship.... I don't think this is it. About 30 minutes after leaving the branch, I got a text message that says "We were looking forward to helping you today but we're running behind schedule. Please come see us another day or visit us at wellsfargo.com". The letter I received says the account has be be opened in person by December 10th. Not a great experience.

Anytime I've come in to the bank , I wait no more than 30 seconds, sitting down, someone is already clicking away at their computer getting the ball rolling. Even though I've read some complaints, this bank is the most efficient group of people . Respectful, polite and get the job done. When I was going through rough times financially making ends meet, Wells Fargo offered this unique service , advancing some of my next paycheck, that I don't think any other bank was doing at that time. I believe it saved me from going under a few times.Thankfully financial situation has improved, especially since aforementioned service is no longer available .My experience has always been a positive. From human teller to automated banking this is my branch and bank for life. Thanks WF!

Victor Baca is the epitome of good banking. Came here to get my 1st personal loan. Wells Fargo is extremely thorough before loaning money, and the experience itself can very overwhelming. Victor explained every procedure and process to me step by step. Answered all 20 of my calls and inquiries and emails about documents needed. Very well dressed, polite, and professional from start to finish. I have been banking with WF for over a decade, and will continue to do so when they have bankers like him..

This branch does it's best to push customers away so they don't have to do there job. I went in to add my administrator to our business account and Vivi Hoang told me "they can't do it" we have to be physically together. It wasn't till I told her that I already did the research and spoke to our personal banker and they can do it. She continued to explain that our personal banker was wrong. And it wasn't until I called our personal banker did she then care to do anything. She then put me with a personal banker not a business banker and refused to apologize for her mistake. When I told her she must have a hard time admitting she is wrong she told me that she wasn't wrong. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! !!!

One of the mangers constantly trys to get my grandma all confusef and nervous by standing behind the teller every time she goes in as if my 85 year old grandmother is going to do something wrong. 1. She is in a wheel chair and is being helped by my mom or my aunt 2. She is there to fo buissness like everyone else 3. SHE IS 85 4. She dose not need the stress of this female manager acting like she is gonna do something wrong 5.
