They are very slow. If this was not for my employer I would not ever come to this bank. I also know customer support in beaumont and all around the country went to the trash since covid. It's like only for their self. Smh

I understand that there are times when things get busy, but what I don't understand is how the desk workers can just sit idly by when there is a line of over 15 people waiting on one ONE teller, and not even attempt to offer assistance? Are they too good to do teller work? Absolutely the WORST customer service ever!

Waited in the commercial line for 40 minutes before it moved one car length. It happens every time I have to go to the bank for work. I don't now who they have that's taking 30 +minutes per transaction, but you probably should pay someone faster. It's ridiculous to have to spend an hour and a half in line at the bank and there's only 3 people ahead of you.

THE LONGEST WAIT TIMES EVER!! They have one, maybe two employees working the branch at any given time it seems. I make deposits for my company here regularly, and it is a guaranteed wait time of anywhere from 25 minutes to a full hour in the drive thru. When I am able to make it, I go to the Phelan branch where the same process takes 10-15 mins even with 7 vehicles in front of me in the commercial line.

I just like to take a moment to appreciate the effort Lori took with me this morning! I was not having the best start to my morning , Being late for work and what have you, and I needed to cash my check on top of everything! I was prepared to not have a great experience at a big branch bank, however when I walked inside and got to the teller line, I was shocked by how wonderful Lori& here immaculate customer service was! She completely took away any shred of stress that I was having at the moment, and completely made the process smooth as can be! If I ever do business again with Wells Fargo, I look forward to seeing Lori and shaking her hand!I need to go girl!

The worst the need to find new staff. Honestly I've been in here about three times and the are super slow no one seems to be in a rush. There was a line and one customer decided to stand and talk to a teller for 20mins about nails and hair knowing there was a line. No concern for other customers. I asked a rep to help me I'm pregnant and had to use the bathroom and they told me I only take deposits I said that's what I'm here for. So to make a long story short no the rep didn't help and all the could do is offer an apology. The bank closed at 5pm but do to there slow service I never got out till 5:11pm.👎👎

So... schools can open state wide but the bank cant? An appointment is now needed at wells fargo for every little thing and its is very inconvenient as well as ridiculous. No I dont want to discuss this. The situation is beyond understanding. Schools will open. Six Flags is open. But an appointment is needed to get help at the bank? Its illogical.

Staff is rude. No public restrooms, That's stupid. I get it, don't let random people come in and use the restrooms, HOWEVER if we are using this bank, there should be restrooms a available especially when we have little children who need to go. I mean how stupid can a "place of business" be? Apparently stupid enough to not only have restrooms available to customers but to be rude about it. Go to a different place, I don't care how far you have to drive, it would be well worth it just to dodge this so called "business".
