    "Kristin" at the drive through stole my money Instead of depositing it at 4:01PM on 02-16-2021 I drove my wife through the center lane window yesterday at 4PM in order to cash a small check and deposit $200 cash in to her account. Everything seemed normal until we got home after shopping for emergency items, to find that the $200 was never deposited by the bank teller (Kristin.) We called the bank all morning and they did not answer the phones. My wife posted about it on Facebook and was soon contacted by the bank. Still not resolved. Account is overdrawn because of this.

    Can't help with my Wells Fargo to PayPal transfers even though the WF app says to call them to get it fixed. Also, let half of my boyfriends checking and half of his savings get basically stolen without a word to notify him at all, switching banks ✌

    No problem with the banking, but not sure why it took 15 minutes in the drive-thru to make a simple deposit. No cash back, had my debit card ready ... about the most simple transaction there is. And that was after waiting in line a few minutes. Oh well.

    Unless I happen to luck out and arrive when there is no line at the drive thru, I've waited as long as 25 minutes. This is not acceptable, my time is usually limited. . More times than not, I'm waiting 10 plus minutes. , while there is another lane sitting unused.

    I called to have some reports sent to me regarding my mortgage loan. I was directed to Kim in mortgage. She is the most unpleasant person that I have had to deal with regarding customer service. All I needed was a couple reports sent to me, she proceeded to tell me that those reports were sent in the previous months. I explained that I apparently did not have them and would like another copy. Her tone and attitude were horrible. After telling me that she could send the reports but she needed me to call customer service instead. Every single time that I have needed anything regarding my loan, she has been very unpleasant.

    You cannot deposit CASH into a family member account. It makes no sense. They want you to deposit a check before depositing cash. What's the logist in that. My cash isn't going to bounce but a check can.

    Apart from being Wells Fargo (corporate corruption and all), it wasn't a horrible place to deal with. The practices are a little shady when it comes to being forced to open multiple accounts, but this branch was friendly enough.
