    I left work early to go get a voided check and notary done. Mike Jordan was able to do a notary but chose not too and made up a excuse that I needed a appointment to do so. I ended going to another Wells Fargo location and they helped no problem. The staff at Eubank and Indian school aren’t very welcoming or kind and definitely don’t try to help out their Wells Fargo customers. I would not recommend going to this specific location.

    The employees here are NOT friendly AT ALL except for the guy teller who has long hair and glasses. He will make conversation with you and assist you the best he can if theres a issue. I dont have a account with them (nor will I ever) I did some work for a customer and they wrote me a check. I went to cash it and they treated me like it was a inconvenience. Yet as I was walking away the teller that was helping me was very cheerful with the per ad on behind me who had a account. I've banked with Wells Fargo in past and I have left that bank

    20 years with Wells Fargo was told I could cash in some govt saving bonds spent 10 minutes doing the paper work then having them change there minds and making up some bull about why they could not do it. Big waste of time no wonder they only have two stars would avoid this branch!

    Complete waste of time, If I was White I'm Sure we would have gotten fast results but unfortunately felt like I was treated unfairley and had too wait on incompetent people just too tell us they can't do anything for us. Avoid Business here at all costs. If You Like being Discriminated this is the place for you.

    I am adding to my review. June 9 2021, i went in to this bank (on Eubank) to close my account. There was appx $8000 in the account. They could only give me $20 bills. that would be 400 bills. (who does that?) We told them NO. Went to the bank on Montgomery, No problem. the account was closed in 10 minutes. We closed the account because of the Eubank office. That was the closest bank to my home. I don not need to run all over town to use my own money. very disrespectful manager at that bank........................I was buying a car. This bank Manager, is the pits., mean and nasty. She refused to give my $9000.00 out of MY OWN ACCOUNT. She said we don't have that much money here, because of all the stimulus checks we cashed. I explained to her about the purchase. She did not care. She did not offer to call another bank to see if they could help me. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY OWN MONEY OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. needless to say we are closing this account.

    Workers were very rude and disrespectful to my grandpa. Michelle had a bad attitude and was just all out rude the moment we came to the bank, I'm not sure of the other girls names working that day but one of them started laughing at him for not being able to understand what she was trying to explain to him. In costumer service you should always be respectful and patient with your customers. I do not recommend this bank for anyone. Reading in some other reviews it seems like this place has an issue with helping elderly people.

    I just needed to get a regular notary to notarized a document and they have me this story that they can't do it and it requires a special notary. They never answer the phone, maybe they could have told me this if they would answer their phones and not make me waste time.

    Horrible. Caused so many problems for me at their drive thru. Taking money out of my checking instead of Savings like I clearly marked on my withdrawal slip. Since the Edgewood office closed down, my options can only lead me to bank with another competitor bank. Honestly. Been holding on by a thin thread since 1998.

    Seima is very rude. I told her exactly what I needed but she kept arguing with me. My sister died the day before so I was depressed, but Seima showed no sympathy, but rather continued to attack my behavior. Projecting her own behavior upon me and blaming me, a customer. I wish I went to another branch, and never met a person such as herself.
