Have been with this bank over 20 years. Rarely go to the bank itself. Needed a notary, so went to bank. Was told I had to make an appointment. I explained I just needed a notary for one form. Nope, smug rude manager told me I had to make an appointment. There is a credit union across the street from bank. I took my form in, was greeted politely and told even tho I don’t have an account, they would be very happy to help me. They didn’t even charge. I’m done with Bank of America. Will be closing my accounts there.

My husband and i have more than 4 accounts with B of A for over 35 years but that didn't seem to matter. We went in to have our wills notarized and the bank refused to provide that service unless we brought in our own two witnesses. Unheard of as typically any business that does notary work will provide the two witnesses from employees in the institution. We went to a UPS store front that gladly provided the notary and two other employees as witnesses.

Absolutely the worst customer service iv ever had at any bank ever! The older female bank teller was just outright rude and all I was doing was trying to cash a check. Also super long lines. I won’t ever be going back.

My wife and I needed some documents notarized for our new home purchase while we are on the road traveling. Stopped into this BOA branch and was pleasantly surprised with the level of service here. Personal banker Betty is lazy and rude. When I came in the bank she was too busy chatting with a fellow banker to take my information and helped people who came in after me, before seeing me, even though she watched me come in first. If Betty doesn't like her job its time for a new one. Terrible service and terrible management for allowing this.

I just love their atm set up. 2 lanes, easy to drive into and not have to go towards the bank, then it spits you back out to the road. So convenient. Can't speak on actual banking service.

I wanted to re post my review for Bank of America Juan Tabo. Initially I was not a happy new customer due to human error, however after continuing to visit the location I have discovered this bank is not so bad. My personal banker is very attentive and always does what she can to make it a great experience. She makes a sincere effort to be sure all my banking needs are met and I am very happy with the bank now because of her great customer care. One person can really make a difference!! 24 MINUTES TOTAL!!! FOR 1 CAR!!! Unfortunately I can't give half a star or even less. I have been with Bank of America since the early 90s, long before it was Bank of America and I have never been treated with such disregard! I am very, very disappointed in their service! I was waiting in the drive thru FOR 6 MINUTES before pushing the call button 3 times and honking 2 times before Haylee the Manager finally came to the window only to tell me the agent will be with me as soon as she is done. I had to ask for a deposit slip because she didn't think to ask me what I needed. She gave me the deposit slip and repeated, "She will be with you when she's done." Before retreating to what ever room she was in. If they are that busy, why isn't she in the grind getting down and dirty with her employees! I waited ANOTHER 9 minutes by the time Krista came to the window to only to be asked sarcastically, "Are you ready?" I handed her my cash, my ID and the deposit slip to wait ANOTHER 9 minutes before she came back with my receipt. I asked her to write down the manager's name and her name and she wrote down Haley and Elizabeth. I said, "Wait a your name is Krista. And she tilted her head gave me a bothered look and said, "Elizabeth is the girl who process your transaction." I then asked what was taking so long and she said, We're busy, the line is long up front." I asked why the manager wasn't able to help me when the manager should know how to process transactions. She just pushed lips to the side, slightly raising her eyebrows and Shrugged her shoulders and said, "I don't know." She sounded frustrated as she told me, "Well, you can deposit at the ATM or with the app." I, as politely as I could said, "Yes you're right, but you can't deposit cash with the app and I chose a drive-through for the convenience. I can't get off my vehicle." (Absolutely no empathy, concern or care from either.) She didn't answer when I asked why can't one person be working the drive-thru, the other the window and why the manager didn't do my one transaction and why she walked my money to Elizabeth and walked my he receipt back to me? What does she do in that building? There was really only one vehicle in the Drive-Thru, and that was me. I would hate to see that place on the payday or on a weekend just before the holiday! It must be a madhouse! Bank of America needs to either get them some help or better train them in their customer service, people skills. And those skills really just come from within. It's not something that you can truly be trained on. HOWEVER, THEY CAN TRY STARTING WITH THE MANAGER! SHE'S DEFINITELY NOT LEADING BY EXAMPLE!

They are super busy on saturdays every Saturday. Yet they schedule 4 bankers and only 2 tellers. Slow tellers. Like really slow tellers. I am a banker and have been a teller and they take an extreamly long time for simple transactions. Not to mention you can see the manager and bankers basically just sitting there staring at the line. The customer service is very poor. Been in line for 15/20 min and still 4 people in front of me. They are ridiculously SLOW.
