    I normally come on Saturdays and it's almost always quite busy with a line lasting more than a few minutes. But the tellers are always very nice and friendly, despite how busy they are.

    If you want to go frustrated go to this branch. I was told to call Wells Fargo and make an appointment as they dont have bankers available for a wire, also they dont have a manager to talk to, on top of that they were not nice about it. “Its Covid Sr. We are understaffed” the local credit union has better service than this. Overall just move your money away from WellsFargo. Fees are high returns are almost nothing…

    I stopped by the branch today to open a new account. The young banker told me that he could not help me without an appointment. I would understand this if he was with a customer but there were not even one customer in the branch. Thank you, I will take my business elsewhere. Whatever happened to customer service.

    This location is by far the worst of all the Wells Fargo’s in the area not only are they slow, rude, and just all around unhelpful. If it wasn’t for my corporate office choosing Wells Fargo to me I would leave this place in a minute I’m forced to go here and I hate it. This location does just never seem to get better it just seems to get worse over the years. The employees and even the manager have an attitude like they don’t care because they know that theyre somewhat of a monopoly and they know that we have to be there.

    I stopped to get a single bill changed so that i could make a private party purchase. Alas because i do not hold an account with them i could not receive change as my bill was larger than $20. Just one more reason I no longer bank here nor will I.

    They never pick up there phones , and then when you travel there all the way by bus , then they tell you that you need to Call and schedule and appointment. After moving from the troutdale branch to Beaverton I have been having the hardest time contacting my own bank .

    Well i open a account here and checking savings and when i opened it they said no fees for the first 3 months. Well that was a complete lie for the first month they had charged over 100 dollars in fees. When i looked at my statement after closing my account i saw it there was a fee for having a fee the" fee fee" i always thought that was a joke. Nope and even though my account should have been positive when i closed my account it wasnt cause of more fees so they took some off and expected me to be happy. Well they must have had more fees tacked on even though i hadnt used it except put money in so it wasnt negative. Wow so the fee fee must have just kept going. I cant believe this is a bank. The only thing was everyone was nice and polite. I guess it lets them sleep at night if they nice to you when they steal your money

    I never received the bonus for a new account they said I would get when I signed up for my account and I've brought it to their attention more than a dozen times. The most recent time the woman told me "they never had anyone get that special and she's never even heard of it" as she was talking I pulled it up online. I'm not at all surprised they are going through a law suit for opening fraud accounts, they are probably paying employees they incentives instead of the customers as promised. Still have no answer from them and it's been months<<<< Also, I was within the requirements of the bonus at all times. I can't wait to see what they come up with as an excuse. If they ever get back to me I will update this review. UPDATE: they called and said they would be depositing $200 into my account but then only deposited $150.00. Nothing more to say, this place is ridiculous.

    Their employees are Rude and unhelpful. They do not know how their own system works. They will not help you if their system makes an error because they have no control over their system. Do Not bank with this company. I am closing my account and switching to Chase banking after having multiple issues over the years, only to be met with rude employees every single time.
