Apartment coordinator Shiela Johnson came in to our home without a proper notice, due to mail forwarding. Not a huge mistake except they stole our keys off of the counter which did not all belong to the unit. I have now lost a memorable keychain gifted to me by my grandmother. Generally not a bad management company, just several mishaps asking the way such as repair issues, miscommunication and poor attitude given. Overall I still would recommend the company.

Honestly the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. They take days to answer simple questions, if they actually answer. Then you'll be lucky to get a customer service rep that will actually continue talking to you. They've literally never answered their phone when I called. Even worse they've literally never returned one of my phone calls. Instead they rely completely on emails. They have shady practices where you have to give them a date to move out before they'll verify that you live there for other tenants. So you have to set a move out date BEFORE YOU CAN APPLY FOR OTHER PLACES TO LIVE. Worst part about that is they don't tell you or have that information available anywhere. I wasted 3 applications because of this "policy". What a disgrace of a company. If it wasn't for the market heavily favoring landlords this place would be out of business

Liod Guerra came and repaired out kitchen sink. He was very respectful of our space and our timing. He was able to get the repair done quickly and it's working great now!

Around October 24, 2016, Carlos came to replace the leaking disposal in my kitchen sink. Carlos is a maintenance person for Bluestone & Hockley. Carlos was and is competent and caring. He did a good job. He is a valued employee for your company and should be treated accordingly.

I have an office suite in a building managed by Bluestone and Hockley, specifically their two agents Liz Helder and Olesya Prokhorova; I cannot say enough good things about these two individuals and their prompt, personal and efficient management. I've rented office suites for more than 30 years and this is by far the best management I have ever encountered!

During this difficult time, they sent out notices about where we can get help and this is something that I really appreciate about Bluestone & Hockley Management. You can almost say that they knew their tenants. That to me is Professional.

This company is the WORST to work with!!! Application process took 3 weeks to get approved and I had to bug them weekly to get it done. My move in date was moved 3 times due to them not finishing the complex on time. After ONE month being in this complex, I was not able to set up billing for utilities. I have 3 separate emails asking to be provided a bill for these and was told all 3 times that I was NOT being charged until they finalized things on their end! NOW I am being charged with a outstanding bill for a year because they NEVER figured it out and it was never paid!! (PGE told me every time I called that they didnt have the necessary information from the complex managers to bill each apartment). FOR A YEAR! Now they are trying to say I just never paid the bill when I was told MULTIPLE times there was no bill because they were taking care of it (I have proof of this) SUCH A UNORGANIZED COMPANY.
Hi Makayla, There was a concern with PGE and how they set up the addresses in their system. This was communicated to all residents multiple times with instructions on how to properly set up an account with PGE. We make communication and organization a priority so I apologize that it didn’t show during your time with us. However, utilities were listed in your rental agreement as your responsibility. An exception for the water/sewer bills, not PGE, did occur for a short period of time at this property. Please feel free to contact us directly if there is anything we can do to help, but we have no control over the utility company’s billings.

Terrible experience. Service has suffered greatly compared to our prior property manager and HOA dues skyrocketed due to increased maintenance costs and failure to obtain competitive bids from vendors. Constantly makes mistakes by refuses to acknowledge. Charges excessive fees.
