    I went in to cash a check and couldn’t happed to notice Tyler, my Bank teller, being very aware respectful and attentive! He caught my eye due to how respectful he was to a coworker needing his help! He stayed on task with my check cashing process, as well as help him!

    They closed my account without telling me or trying to get in touch, even though I had been a customer since 2005… I thought that was surprising, however since I started banking elsewhere I have had none of the issues that I had while banking here. They will charge you hidden fines and fees then charge you again when the fees overdraft you account. They’d almost always reverse it if you talked to them so it’s no surprise they got busted for racketeering. Ps that was funny when the CEO took the stand with a broken hand, do not believe for a moment it was from playing with his niece and nephew. Also please don’t hit me with that automated reply, just email the reviews to your own hr department yourself. Can’t be that hard!

    Aug/27/2021, when we just about to leave our Three Forks KOA campground, and my daughter mentioned to us there is tuition needed for her school next year. Then I started to search near by Wells Fargo branches to do the wire, and I found the branch at Oak street first, but due to there is no banker available by then, so get referral to this branch at Main street. The banker (Katelyn Matsuda), had assisted me to finish the wire quickly in such short time and I really appreciate that effort, especially her professional skill and kindness to treat the one time only customer as me ( because I just happen to travel through Bozeman). For sure I will stop by to say hello when next time travel to Bozeman city. Note: Due to my daughter request to have transaction history of hard copy scanned for school record, so I didn’t use the online wire and need to visit the branch.

    Need to get things done on time? Don’t bank here. You can call the branch all day long and not get an answer once. Then when you go in, you need an appointment that could have been made over the phone. Carina Nieman (branch manager) is no help. Katelyn Matsuda (floor manager) will literally lie and tell you what you “want to hear” just to get you out of the store. Even when the store is not busy, they don’t have time for you. Bank elsewhere.

    My girlfriend and I came in to open a joint checking account and we had the best experience with Tiffany. We were a bit nervous to open an account together and Tiffany made the process so painless and honestly made it very special for us. So happy with our decision to come here.

    Awful. I wish there were even lower numbers of stars. Like zero. Agree. No way to reach. They are obviously not interested in customer service. I for one am saying goodbye

    Before Covid, I always used the remote branch in Smiths. The folks there were nice, and it offset Wells Fargo's predatory practices in my mind. Since Covid closed that branch, I was forced to use the main branch drive through a few weeks ago and the experience was TERRIBLE!! The team working couldn't be bothered to even be polite. I know everyone is stressed with what's going on in the world, but this was just flat out rude. I waited patiently to make a deposit, was treated very rudely, and ultimately left (45 minutes later) with only half of my banking done. My accounts are in good standing, there were no issues other than them requiring rolled coins, and yet the tellers were rude and dismissive. I have now opened new accounts at First Interstate and am thrilled with the customer service. Their online banking is just as good as Wells. My advice - don't bother with this branch. Close your accounts and take your business elsewhere because they clearly don't care whether you bank there or not.

    Very hard to contact. Called in 4-5 times with a simple question, never got a response. I would bank elsewhere.

    Unbelievable! over a 15 - 20 minute wait in the drive thru and then another 10-15 and even sometimes a 20 minute wait for the NEW tellers to complete their computing. And if that wasn't bad enough Commercial drivers can't even use the commercial lane because to, many people can't read so I have to wait longer for them to finish with the uneducated readers. After they Stole from thousands of Veterans; including myself I've never really trusted them again nor would use their business again. But today was out right unprofessional on their end and really need to hire employees, who understands a high place job.

    The drive up facility at this location has been closed for months now. No credible reason given. It is just another example of the lack of customer focus by Wells Fargo in general.
