    If I could give Zero stars I would!! I went in to make a pretty big withdrawal and I understand it takes a while to do so, but they didn’t tell me what was going on and after their secret “discussion” about my account for 30-45 minutes, I was told that I couldn’t get anything withdrawn from my account!! Even after answering 10 different security questions and having the available funds in my account. I felt like I was being judged for my appearance and they didn’t think that I would have that much money in the bank!! Completely outraged I call Customer Support and they didn’t see any problem with my account and that I should be able to access my funds with no problem. Had my wife go to the Roanoke Branch to make a withdrawal and Roanoke Wells Fargo was able to fix the problem that I was having with no issues. The Roanoke branch was very kind and very helpful. The Oxford Wells Fargo was rude and didn’t lift a finger to help me out or tell me what all was the problem, probably needs new management Or to just be shut down!! I have faith in Wells Fargo but when needing to withdrawal 25k I would not recommend the Oxford location! The branch manager was not at the Oxford location and had to call me for more verification questions. After everything went on at the oxford location I tried to call the branch manager back and he refused to answer the call or call me back! The branch Manager at the Roanoke location greeted my wife and was very apologetic about how I was treated at the Oxford branch! If it had not of been for the Roanoke location I would have pulled everything from Wells Fargo! I’ve never had issues with large withdrawals from any bank I have entrusted my money with!

    Stan the manager worst customer service ever! Had an issue with my account and instead of taking me to a desk or to an office as requested verbally he told me we could just talk there in the lobby with other customers and people there to discuss my financial issue with my account. I deposited three checks from the GOVERNMENT into my account on Monday night and then Wednesday night they take that money out and leave me negative 1,450 in my account telling me the checks did not process. I called the people who wrote my check and it was processed on Monday and had cleared their account. DO NOT TAKE YOUR MONEY HERE! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am pulling my money out now and taking it elsewhere! I had to call the Jacksonville AL Branch for answers and help.

    Very helpful and Jennifer J was very nice and helpful about opening up a checking account. Willie, MacKenzie, Chasity, Michael are very nice when I come though the drive thru and they make everything easy like new school.

    Hateful staff. Didn't want to call customer service about a debit card. Especially with everything going on. Anniston branch was most helpful. I will never go this branch. The branch manager is very disrespectful to my Dad and me.

    So dissatisfied with this bank location. They do not answer the phone, and the line says all “bankers are currently busy” they won’t let me get a cashiers check through their drive thru yet I made an apt inside and no one answers the door. Can’t even call them to see what to do because this time they’re not answering ... these drive up services are terrible.. they’re not convenient at all and take way too much time. No wonder we don’t have them in California .

    Do not do business at this branch. I highly recommend going to another branch. Danielle Hood has a strong believe that people are beneath her and should be treated like they are stupid.

    The slowest drive through I have ever seen or been in for sure. Absolutely pitiful!!!
