    Wells Fargo canceled my debit card without warning, and I went into this branch to sort it out while avoiding the endless automated menus in the phone based customer service. I waited in line only to have them tell me I needed to call customer service and take care of it that way. If they can’t take care of something this simple in-house then I’m not sure what they’re good for. Goodbye WF, just one more reason to switch to a credit union.

    I had a great experience with this branch on Wednesday. I live in the cities and was buying a car at the Mankato Honda dealership (3 min away). I had to get a cashiers check and the teller was very courteous. When he needed sign off from the manager, he came out and was very friendly. I also loved that they were very diligent about double checking everything as well as checking my ID, etc. Wish I could remember their names as I’d love to call them out specifically. If I lived in the area I’d bank at this branch all the time. Thanks!!

    Incorrect hours posted on the front door in big white letters (9-2 on Saturday). There's a crumpled up paper showing different hours in Spanish for some reason. Please clearly post your actual hours on your front door so I don't have to ask Google why you're closed. EDIT: Don't ask me to contact you via a different channel. It's your hours on your own front door. Fix it yourself!

    Came into the lobby to see only one person in front of me--awesome! Then i wait...and wait...and wait. Something about a scanner not working. 15 minutes later, a supervisor finally asks why the line isn't moving since she's friends with one of the people in line after me. Supervisor waits 2-3 minutes go to the back and work with teller. Supervisor solves problem in 1 minute. I stood there 20 minutes. I've had mixed experiences at that branch, some good, some bad. However, recently, the bad outnumber the good.

    Why did I just wait in line for 40 minutes to get up to the window and have someone tell me to come inside? I missed my shipment delivery today to go to the bank. Do better for your customers because I have asked for assistance to make this easier and have been shot down every time.

    I have never had a better experience at a Wells Fargo branch. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly, and the branch manager Jordon made sure I got in to talk to someone before the store closed, and even stayed with me after close to make sure we accomplished what I needed. I would recommend this branch to anyone who banks with Wells!

    Had a loan appoint at 2 pm. Branch Manager, Loan Officer and all other staff made me wait until 2:50 pm to be serviced. When I brought up the utter disappoint and lack of professionalism in waiting for close to an hour, no one would validate my concern. I asked the Branch Manager if he valued my business and he said he did not. He indicated that 'it was busy and if I wasn't helped in 10 minutes after walking in the door, he would pull someone to help those in front of me'. Not me, but other customers. What a circus. This branch manager walked by me repeatedly, but did nothing to help me other than ask the same questions as two other staff members did in the 50 minutes I was waiting. What a joke, bank elsewhere. It will be a better waste of your time! One star is being overly generous.

    This was the worst experience. Waited over 30 min in the drive through and only saw 3 cars total moved out of all 4 lanes that were being used. Was made late for a drs appt. We didn’t even get to make the banking transaction that we were waiting for. Had to pull out of the line.

    The light on the overhange over the atm outside has been flickering for months i have brought this to the attention of staff and maitnenice 3 times now this is a problem because there are people with seizures. The issue still is not resolved.
