Everyone I've dealt with at this branch has been friendly, helpful and efficient. I walked in ten minutes before closing today needing four cashier's checks and they didn't bat an eye. Bad customer, good bank :)

Scott from this branch you need to learn some customer service I just call to make an appointment to go in and open an account for my son and he didn’t even let me talk, and just kept talking on top of me nasty answers.REALLY NASTY PERSON!

Consistently slow service. Today misread check, though prose portion is perfectly clear. Now waiting for them to fix it but they now want check changed to match what THEY did. Use another branch if you possibly can.

They’re nice when they finally attend you^.^ waited 20 minutes just to watch one of the bankers leave for her lunch break. Need more staff; they had 3 tellers and 1 banker;

Terrible service, the jobs of this bank never give you good attention, I called 3 days ago to make an appointment for my son to open an account, they told me they would call me back, days went by until I called them again, They did not give any solution, then call customer service in a few minutes. I am called a very pessimistic man, he does not know how to attend a lady, he told me that he did not have staff that speaks Spanish, then I said ok, that's fine, thank you, the man was very bad. Adducated I shot the call he never showed interest in helping or thanks for calling or anything. TOTALLY THAT BRANCH OF BOUND BROOK 08805 LITTLE PROPROFESSIONAL. Terrible service, the jobs of this bank never give you good attention. I called 3 days in advance to make an appointment for my child to open an account. They told me that they would return the call, days passed until I had to call them again. They did not give any solution. Then call customer service, in a few minutes I was answered by a very pessimistic man. He doesn't know how to serve a lady.
