Excellent customer service. I just dropped by and they helped me setting up an appointment so that I wouldn't have to wait in line. Once I arrived for my appointment, the banker quickly helped me open a bank account through a smooth process and got my internet banking running despite minor complications with the system.

I have always come to this location because they provide wonderful customer service, efficiency and the location is convenient. Today, my experience there with a teller who should not be at a window by the name of THANH. When I approached the teller window, she looked angry, didnt greet me but I still greeted her and asked her how she was, I got no response just an unpleasant face. When I requested that I would like to make two deposits with a check I had, she didn't acknowledge my request with any response. Her energy was so negative, I immediately regretted being serviced by her. After she pulled up my account she tells me, you can just do a transfer. So instead of accepting my request she now advices me to take time out of my day to hop online and make a transfer when I am already at the bank. Like how hard would it have been for her to just do her job? Next I asked her, if I deposit this check (a stimulus check) would it be available right away. She responded, "yeah it should be". She deposits my check and tells me I have $400 available now and the rest will post in 24 hours. I looked at her and asked her why did she go ahead and do that when she told me it would be available right away. What a huge a deflection on this branch. I had things I needed to take care of (car payment and auto insurance) with the funds but because of her incompetence and lack of customer service and unpleasantness, she earned an official complaint. PLEASE do this branch a favor and get rid of THANH! I am sure I am not the only one she has done a disservice to.

I come here quite often as it’s nearby to my home and nearly the whole staff is so welcoming and nice but there’s this one bank teller who is always rude and in a bad mood. From the look of my receipt, his name is Farzad and he has helped me a handful of times and he’s always unwelcoming, rude and never informs me when he’s done with my deposits, withdraws, etc. I thought he just had a bad day but this is every time he helps me.

The lady at the front wouldn't let me in with my wife who was inside, even after someone left. She says, "do you really need to come in?" So cold and superficially fake nice. Definitely have had warmer greetings

I went in there today to open my business and personal account. I didn´t have my passport with me, I offered to come and pick it up and come back, only live 10 minutes away. But they told me that the business representative will be back in an hour, to schedule an appointment. Only 1 business representative?

This bank completely wasted my time. I needed a cashiers check to move into a house and they made me go through hoops to change a account name. It was obvious I met the requirements, but they rather waste my time when I was in a rush.
