    I called saying my withdrawal was short $20. They said “well why would she steal it when there are cameras watching her.” I didn’t say anything about that I asked them to check for me. They didn’t check the cameras at all to see if it was dropped or anything. Then they said “customers are normally pretty trustworthy if they found it they would’ve given it to us” which is totally not true so many people would pick up a free $20. Then said “well I hope it finds you 🤷🏻‍♀️” that’s not how money works??? I went to another bank and closed my accounts after this phone call. Saying that “why would she steal it if there are cameras over her” tells me that they’ve had issues with that before. That hadn’t even crossed my mind and they brought it up immediately. If they had just said “I’m sorry our drawers aren’t over and we don’t see it any where” I would’ve taken that. That’s fully honest and fair. Trying to cover it up like that is super suspicious. If I had called a grocery store or literally any other place and asked them to check they would’ve checked the cameras instead of saying someone wouldn’t steal purely because there are cameras.

    They have absolutely terrible communication skills they told me I could come in and speak to a banker as I am down here for break from college. They had me drive 45 mins here to tell me he was booked for the next two weeks. Wells Fargo < Wachovia

    Tellers are great, Lexus and Chue. Bankers have been terrible ever since Will left. Last straw was today, was told I had to make an appointment for a wire transfer but nothing was available with either of the 3 bankers. Went in at 4:30 and didn't see a single customer with a banker the whole time I was inside depositing.

    THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER TODAY! Lare lady sitting to the right of the window refused to cash my business check. Let me explain that this is a check that she herself has cashed several times over the 6 years I have been with Wells Fargo. Said they could not due to funds. Hello ou are a bank. She was very rude from the begining of the transaction. If you are that unhappy with your job get another one if you can. Branch manager was as bad. So off to First Citizens I go. Thank you First Citizens. They wonder why they have such a bad reviews.

    Fantastic location directly across from Lowe's with friendly professional staff and convenient fast drive-thru lanes. Some reviews negatively vent about federal banking policies etc but I have had great experiences at this specific Wells Fargo branch. The manager is awesome and helpful and it's a pleasure banking there!

    I am very impressed with the employees at this branch. They are highly effective, trained, and care about their customers. Most of the other Wells Fargo branches in Hickory (especially the downtown branch) make it extremely difficult to bank with WF. There is no relationship built when going to the downtown branch, even if you see them four times a week. Unlike the downtown branch, the 127 WF branch goes the extra mile to make you feel appreciated, they go the extra mile to KNOW their customers. Thank you Chu, Jamie, Lexi, and every employee their for going the extra mile! Your team is a true asset to Wells Fargo.

    Disappointed, new to the area and have started a new business and thought I would see if they could help me with my business accounts and needs. Was told I need make a appointment to talk to someone, ooohhh and it would be over 14 DAYS!!! Well now I know why I always used credit unions from the city I moved from..

    Same situation as "David" below. Parents can no longer deposit cash into my personal account for their grandkids so they no have to write a check. Prior to every deposit attempt, parents are told their check will have a hold of 1-2 business days before funds will be available. I live 2 hours from parents and would be more convenient for me to drive rather than wait until Tuesday for a Friday deposit for the grandkids. Customer Service even called branch manager and he said "Counter Deposits are put on Hold at his branch." Said I could refuse the deposit and have check written to me and then me deposit it? Pitiful customer service for an account holder with Savings, Personal, Business and Mortgage accounts with Wells Fargo. Parents will no longer use this branch and will drive to hand off cash instead of deal with Branch on 1453 2nd St NE Hickory due to the Branch Manager.

    This is my least-liked Wells Fargo location in the Hickory area. Staff at this location have been incredibly rude on multiple occassions, and especially unhelpful in closing the account of a dead relative. One particularly hateful employee named Elizabeth Barahona has inspired my entire family to withdraw all personal and business accounts from the Wells Fargo company and seek banking services elsewhere. We'd rather work with a bank that treats the patrons like human beings, rather than a nuisance. Other Wells Fargo locations have been excellent, but this weak link ruined it all for us.
