I was using this bank for almost 11 years. But in these days there is a big change. Staff is Rude not much helpful. I had a experience with one of the employee name Karla. Customer service representative is extremely bad, the representative don't listen what customer need instead she was talking over the customer and would not listen to what the customer has to say.

Now I came to know that this location going to close Saturday starting on 7/30 Since Covid started they minimize hours before it was 9 to 6 now 9 to 4 pm if some one working 8 to.4.30 how he will make to bank in case an emergency he has to use Locker box to get his passport or other stuff From this bank this is bad decision since around this area only limited bank opened on Saturday , Now situation will be big line on Saturday like Black Friday sale at Wells Fargo on Saturday
