Wells Fargo Bank Broadway, Millbrae

I’ve been a business client of this branch for almost 2 years now, and honestly about to close my accounts and start working with a different bank. Impossible to get a hold of anybody in this bank branch. Our previous banker moved to a different department. So nobody responds to my emails, nobody picks up the phone for 2 days in a row. A Simple thing as a wire transfer couldn’t be handled worse. For a $45 fee a transfer that bounced back because the banker misinformed me. I’ve had enough.

Wow... please clean up your cigarettes Butts. They are all over the place in the back. I thought Wells Fargo prides itself on being environmentally friendly.

Once they lost my safety deposit box in Millpitas. Once, when I was in school and $642 was a LOT of money, they made 3 mistakes in one transaction. They transposed $642 to $246, and lost the money from my account but deposited it to another persons account. I had to tear my house apart for 2 days, and finallly I found the electronic receipt, 3/4 of the way under my file cabinet. I have very carefully saved every receipt since that day in 1981. Their Financial Advisers kept our Estate fully invested in 2000 and 2007 (my Dad is 88, not much time to recover the Millions they lost in the Markets). Lastly, they are the only bank I know of who puts people on their incomming phone who don't speak english. Do they hire anyone our of their teen years?

I use a movility scoorter and everyone at the branch has been extremely helpful and diligent from the first day at the bank personal are very polite! always someone's there to hold open the doors for me‼️‼️👨🏻🙏🏼♿️🍀🌷💜✅👍🏻: just love it‼️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏻

There's always enough staff to serve the customers unlike BA and they are very polite.

Out of 8 states in 16 years with Wells Fargo, I will say this is the rudest and worst customer service ever.

One of the workers opened a loan in my name without my consent at this branch.

Excelent service.. all personal are so nice..
