    Whoever is training the workers here needs to teach some people skills. No smiles, no small talk, not even a greeting/have a good day. The walk up/drive thru ATM would give you more of a people experience lol

    Nice clean environment. The best part is its service!!! Benjamin and Brian assisted us today and they are awesome! They made everything easier and they would just do anything that can help you, benefit you. This is the service that we customers expect and deserve. Besides everyone in the bank is courteous! Highly recommended! If I have anything business to do with a bank, this is the first place to come.

    I came in with a complicated trust issue that required coordination with another branch and a family member. The branch manager, Cindi, was extremely helpful and was willing to be flexible and help facilitate the process. Although I don't bank with Wells Fargo personally, I would highly consider it after the experience with this branch.

    Very bad customer service. I've been a client from wells Fargo since 2013 and opened my account on Salt lake City and they always treated me wonderfully. And then I came to this agency and it was the first time I seriously thought about closing my account and changing banks. Really disappointing that Chases Bank just across the road gives better customer service.

    I spoke with a lady named cindy from the premier line and she was a pleasure to deal with. She helped me obtain a courtesy over a simple overdraft fee and it only took 5 minutes or so to handle it. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but everytime I come to this location, my experience is good.

    It would be nice if the bank manager asked if it was okay to discuss my account or issues in the middle of the lobby, before just doing it. Very unprofessional, I see why they’ve been fined 7.5 billion since 2016.

    When we arrived, they requested an appointment. We set a time for 3:30 p.m. the next day. However, when we returned, they told us that the appointment was at 2:30 p.m., despite the fact that we were certain it was at 3:30 p.m. Then they said they'd find a way to accommodate us, and we waited for a long, with no one paying attention to us. We made the decision to go, and when we said OK bye, they didn't even ask if we had any more demands. I thought it was quite impolite.

    Always a lovely experience! I feel bad due to not remembering names, but the manager who helped my husband and I set up our service always asked how I been with a great small conversation while I am making a transaction. She makes the experience feel like a small town bank I stead of a large corporation. 🙂

    I came into Wells Fargo and was greeted by a friendly Wells Fargo’s employee at the door who also made sure I understood the ordeal of my services, in which I accepted the fact. The friendly employee introduced me to a banker and while guiding me to his desk, before I even sat down, he gave repetitive explanations about wiring money. Already, I felt that I was being refused of service by this banker just merely by his attitude and the belittlement I felt towards me. This banker made it extremely difficult, and I felt he was unnecessarily grilling me. I was not disappointed that my service could not be met but more so in how the banker treated me. An example was when he asked me if the wiring was local or international. He then proceeds to explain the definition of local and international in a very demeaning tone. Saying that “Well local means the 50 states in the United states, you know, and international is Bangkok, Japan…”. It felt degrading because he spoke to me in a tone as if I was a child or not intelligent enough to understand anything he said. He made me sincerely feel that I wasted his time but somehow made me sit there for over ten minutes to listen to him explaining things in which I thought was completely unnecessary. I have never been treated like this, and it was not a good feeling. Wells Fargo has always provided me with great, quick customer services everywhere else. I have always felt comfortable walking in, especially when there is someone at the door to guide you in the right direction. I just do not understand why this interaction, at this specific location, had me feeling extremely uncomfortable, disrespected, and feeling very untrustworthy of the person who took care of me. I understand that Wells Fargo is a very diverse company with ranging personalities, but I truly believe that this is not definition of proper customer service.
