    Extremely slow, even if there is no line it still takes a minimum of 10 minutes to deposit a single check when other banks in the 21st century can do it in seconds. Also, 21st century banks have much better hours. If I work a 9-5 job when the heII am I supposed to do my banking? And no walk-ins! If you don't own a car they won't see you at the drive-thru. Unacceptable class discrimination. Even if you manage to get a ride they might place traffic cones in front of your vehicle at 4:50 and tell you to go away!

    I had a bad experience with the banker Monica. She was not welcoming at all and didn't even offer us to take a seat. We will not be back to the slaughter Ln location. Monica needs to work on improving her customer service.

    This is the absolute worst bank I’ve ever been to. The drive through bank is worked by people that probably have the lowest IQs in modern history. I waited in line behind one car for 30 minutes. I am closing my account with them immediately.

    We are in a pandemic we’re individuals like myself have to plan spending to get by. I currently hold a vehicle loan with Wells Fargo and I stay up to date with my payments they have never received an issue for me. I called to make a payment today for my usual $600 for the following months payment. After paying the majority of my bills for May I look in my account and noticed that I am now sitting with a few dollars to my name in this account because Wells Fargo withdrew 2 payments instead of the one. Now before every payment gets processed they have to read a disclaimer which they did for one payment. So I called to find out what’s going on to try and retrieve one of the payments back. A manager Jenetta refuses to take responsibility by blaming the problem on a system glitch, thanks to give a customer some satisfaction by letting me know what the procedures are or will be updated to be to catch these errors. With Wells Fargo I’ve had several instances like this. I am stuck with this loan that I’ll pay you back probably sooner than later, but this is the only time they will be an option.

    Be careful if you cash out large amount of money $$$ someone will watch you and smash your auto to steal everything you have. They did not do nothing about it. It happened to me today Nov 3rd 2pm. Watch Suspects inside branch..

    No wonder they only have 2.8 star. The customers service is sucks. I went in today to get notarization. And this lady on duty asked me to stepped in outside and wait under the sun. She said there next appointment is 2pm and they only do by appointment. Like is she serious??? Its only 1:38 pm and wanted me to wait outside till 2pm she could just told me to begin with that they only do by appointment instead of asking me to wait outside. ? . Im pregnant and cant stand long under the sun . I told her im just gonna wait in my car. Literally ridiculous. Bad experienced ever….

    This Wells Fargo location has failed me over and over again. Last time they read the amount of my deposit over the intercom. Today I was refuse a deposit! The manager try to explain his reasoning over the intercom with no consideration for privacy. The check was a convenience check. Please know that Well Fargo does accept convenience checks. There is a hold time on your funds but you should not be refused your deposit. I have been with Wells Fargo for over 18 years this was a first. I drove to a different location and made my deposit without any issues. After my successful deposit I tried talking to the manager at this location, got nowhere with him. I have decided to stop trying to bank at this location, even though I work across the street. I will be driving to the Slaughter and Brodie location with a smile. They know how to care for their customers. They get one star for having bilingual tellers. That's nice of them.

    I absolutely hate this bank! Wells Fargo as a whole is by far the worst bank I’ve dealt with in my nearly 15 years of banking!! This branch specifically has the rudest employees and they seem to be well hearsed in giving you the run around so that you pay random fees and cannot accurately and concisely explain the charges. To top it off I went to close my account today and after the women got rude with me she told me she wouldn’t be able to close it until tomorrow...
