    I have a small vending machine bussiness so I am in the bank 2 to 3 times a week. This week 3 times. All 3 times at least a dozen people in line. 1 teller and 2 drive thru tellers and the manager. Today the manager asked me why I was there? To make a deposit. Personal or business? Bussiness. Checks? No, cash and coins. She says oh, you have to do that in here. I really knew that. Then I say to her that it would really help if she would open a teller window when its so busy like it is now. She says I bet it would but because I am the branch manager I am not allowed to handle cash. So on top of closing the 2 other branches near me I have to wait more then 20 minutes each time I come in the bank because you only have 1 teller. Very unhappy!!!

    If I had written a review 9 months ago I would have given O stars. Second week of November 2021 I started to think maybe their is hope for this bank. I had a marvelous teller at the window and it really changed my attitude about this bank. I have a paper to be notarized this week and I hope that goes smoothly. Prior to this November I was thinking about closing out three accounts and looking for a better bank. Wells Fargo used to be a great bank but I don’t know what has happened to them.

    Awful experience. They closed my business account just because we are a convenience store and a third party money transfer agents. They requested a bunch of documents which I sent back and according to the manager in the financial crime dept there were incomplete but she didn’t even care to help me out complete them or to let me know they were incomplete, next thing I found out my account was closed and I couldn’t make any deposits for outstanding checks. So many employees with a huge lack of interest in customers. Never again I will do business with this bank.

    If I didn’t have so much time invested and if it weren’t so much trouble to switch my accounts to another bank, I would have closed all my accounts today. Horrible branch service!!

    Super slow don’t open on time had to stand outside after 9 am they was to be already spent it was almost 9:20 before they unlocked doors now lobby is closed every one has to use drive through witch is slow. Set in drive through for over an hour.

    The only wells Fargo in Asheboro is temporarily closed with no explanation or when to expect the reopening and while I'm on the subject, about 1 year ago I went in to get deposit receipts for my account. They gave me someone else's receipts. I didn't notice until I got home to reconcile my account. I immediately returned the receipts and they didn't think it was a big deal for me to have access to someone's account number. We are considering a change.

    Want to close out my safety deposit box. Was told I had to make an appointment to do so. Called Asheboro location at 4:15pm on 3/25. No answer. Went on line to set up an appointment. Respond on their website "no appointments available at this site for this service, try another location." Wonder why I'm transferring my accounts to another bank? This is just one example of the poor service I've received here.

    7 employees in here and only 2 are working the tellers. 2 sitting around and one pacing just watching the others...2 at the window...this is ridiculoua there was 12 in line now 6 and been here almost 30 minutes...

    They submitted a loan incorrectly causing issues trying to secure a second corrected loan. Over ten years banking here and never got any help from them. I've gotten low interest loans from several other credit unions. I pulled all of my savings and moved everything to State Employees Credit Union. Don't waste your time, go to a real bank. I wish I had sooner.

    By far the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. With policies that only find more money for them, that even Bank of America finds to be bad for business, and the fact that Wells Fargo likes to screw their account holders means find another bank. Just this year alone I've heard from multiple people that they have held a check for absolutely no reason, including a soldiers housing allowance. This company could and should do better, especially for the veterans that CHOSE them for their banking needs. I feel sorry for people who keep getting screwed by them, I won't be one of them ever again.
