    I came here on Monday morning time and to my surprise there is only 1 teller is working, on Monday, Carl. In a quick second there were plenty of people lined up behind me and all of them including me were waiting more than 15-20 minutes for their turn. Once I asked the manager why there is only 1 teller working to which she said that other teller got off, lol. That’s so unprofessional for this kinda bank, so frustrating. Never gonna come back here again.

    We were told to come in on Friday to open an account for my daughter. Then after waiting 45 minutes we we told to make an appt. We did for the following Tuesday. Again we waited, this time for about 15 minutes and were told we would have to make another appointment. Not the most convenient location for us to get to and not the friendliest so we will probably be moving banking elsewhere

    This location is run terribly. Managers are rude as well . No wonder you can't keep employees either. And now on a Monday morning at 9:30 close no signs of saying if they're going to be open or anything else both the ATMs are not taking deposits this is by far the worst run Wells Fargo

    It's a privilege to give these people your money. Went here on a slow Monday morning with 3 tellers working and offices full of employees, there were maybe 2 other customers in the store. I was selling a car to one of their customers who needed a cashiers check and to get the title notarized. The tellers said we had to have an appointment to notarize the title. I questioned this and the manager overheard and came out of his office to confirm what the tellers already told me. Notarizing a title takes 3 minutes, there was 1 out of 3 tellers assisting other customers and employees in their office doing nothing. I understand if they were busy, but they clearly were not. This is no way to treat your customer, I wont be back. Bank of America, next door does a much better job of addressing the needs of its customers, go there.

    At this point, I'm done with this branch. I'd rather drive an extra half hour to a different branch. I've been several times in the past two weeks and had to wait over an hour in line. Even when I filled out a withdrawal slip in advance, had my card and license ready, it still took over 25 minutes once I made it to the teller. Beyond ridiculous. Don't waste your time, because you'll be there all day.

    They refused to cash a check a tenant had presented even though the funds were available and thr company representative was not even given a call . Just stamped it as NSF and returned to tenant. The tenant came back to cash the check againas the monies were clearly visible online and again they returned him back . Very poor service and the management ahould be embarrassed. Ofcourse when you call to speak to a rep , they hang up as usual . Enough said about Wells Fargo Customer service at the bank and over the phone Believe me I will be escalating this to the highest possible level.

    This branch is the absolute worst. In the past 2 months there has not been a single time I have not waited atleast 30 minutes in drive thru line. It seems they only ever have 1-2 tellers working but always have all four lanes open. The lines are ridiculous. Doesn’t matter time of day you go.

    I do not recommend Wells Fargo Bank for even simple checking! It is very difficult to work with them and get done what is needed. Its fee after fee after fee! Go anywhere else, just not this bank if you work hard for this money!

    So slow and they don't care. Joe is the only reason I still go there. Please change the people out are close the bank. Went there again today, still no better. Time to leave this bank. If you're looking for a new bank, don't come here
