Wells Fargo Bank Anthem Village Dr, Henderson

The people were nice but, needing an appointment to open an account is new to us. We were trying to transfer from a current account to a new account. The surprising part is waiting to speak with the manager. He never acknowledged us and told his employees he would be busy until 5:00. Good customer service! He walked past us twice. No thanks. We will move it all elsewhere.

I use online banking as much as possible. The rare times I went to the branch were to enjoy the benefit of "free notary services". Unfortunately the notary was very often busy in this branch and there was only one of them, which meant long wait. Another annoyance was that every time the branch manager would insist on asking if I wanted to open a credit card. I answered the same question time after time after time... Now that we see the Wells Fargo scandal, I understand how bad it must have been for the employees.

Manager was awful. I had 2 court orders & they still refused to release my money. She claimed she would have their resolution department call me to address my issue & they never did call. HORRIBLE customer service. Pull all of your money out of Wells Fargo, there are plenty of other good banks around.

This is probably the friendliest bank I have ever done business with. The bank manager, in particular, goes out of her way to be helpful. I have dealt with loan officers, investment counselors and, of course, tellers. They are all amazing. I highly recommend this branch.

the banker named efrain is very rude and unhelpful. trying to open a new account but i guess since its 4:30pm thats why he started giving us a hard time. not opening here anymore!

This bank is the exception to the rule, they make yo wonderful,. I go out of my way just to Go to this bank. Love them thanks guys
