I had a complicated situation with many variables in play. Many other people were involved as well as changing of the loan right in the middle of the process. It was painstaking, but Matt's team really came through for me, kept everything on track and ensured I had a roof over my head. Matt McClellan was very professional and the speed at which everything was completed was nice. He was upfront about numbers and cost and unlike other mortgage companies, gave me rates and cost estimates with nothing more than my name as information. My only complaint was there were a couple of mistakes by one of his team members, which were a little frustrating. However, mistakes were quickly corrected and, while inconvenient, I didn't feel they were significant enough to reduce my ratings for overall experience. Matt is very professional and has already provided some sound advice to some of my friends.

Dan LaPointe and his team were a pleasure to work with. We had contacted another lender and kept getting the run around. We spoke with Dan and within a couple hours we had our pre-approval letter. This is a process that can be very stressful but Dan and his team worked very hard to keep our stress level at a minimum.
