    My ex-wife is claiming that I owe back child support.. I came down to this Wells Fargo with a heavy heart wondering how much this was going to cost me to get all the copies of the checks I sent to her with her signature on the back.. the young lady behind the glass, I miss janet, took the opportunity to help me almost over 22 minutes and she was able to get me two and a half years worth of the checks that I needed to prove my innocence. This was absolutely outstanding. And to my shock and dismay there was no charge. I don't come to this Wells Fargo very often because it's in Redlands and I live all the way up in upper Yucaipa. In the future I definitely will. I didn't speak to anybody else other than Ms Janet so she's the only one I would recommend for help. Sorry I don't have a last name for whoever is reading this.

    Terrible customer service specially Marlisol The manager(I don’t believe she’s a manager or Deserve this position) she doesn’t have no idea what she’s doing . She doesn’t have no respect to nobody she think she own Wells Fargo.

    Customer service is terrible. Went in to branch to open an account for my teenage daughter. They couldn't help us they had us make an appointment for two weeks later. We went to the appointment two weeks later. Now they told us that the only person that could help us went home sick. That she should of called us to cancel the appointment. She didn't. They wanted us to make another appointment. I just can't believe that out 5 people working there at the time no one could of helped us . And we were the only people in there

    I've only had good experiences at this place. I'm hoping to go today but I let my mom handle my financial cards because of my worries about theft. I really hope we can get down there but I don't know when. I'm nervous about having to update my information so much with so many places because I have a payee I need to manage it. My payee is helping me but I have to do most everything myself and I am so stressed overall about theft and about working with my phone carrier too with a payee. Life is stressful, very stressful sometimes. Just be honest and do the best you can do with your life and good things will happen to you.

    Always fast and easy when I go in there to take care of some business. Also have to say the security guard that is there is extremely friendly, professional, and polite. Really appreciate him being there and being vigilant!!! Great jobs Wells Fargo team.

    I have enough good sense not to have an account with Wells Fargo. However, the need to be a good parwnt to my child forced me to go in there to try to deposit money into her account. The clerk said she could not take cash because I am not in the account. Garbage, pure garbage, I tell you nothing more than garbage and I will never have an account with wells Fargo Bank and I encourage everybody to close their accounts

    I went here on my off day i was cleaning wanted to order pizza and couldn’t find my debit card to i froze my card and rushed to bank then my phone died. The Hispanic chick on business side judged me bc of the clothes i had on and no makeup i guess saying i need to bring her a statement of my apt saying i love there having the property owners type it up and wouldn’t issue me a new card with me having my ssn and id i came in the next day the guy just let me get a new card with no problems

    I came with a wells Fargo check to cash it an the they gave me bad service. I waited for 20 min for them to call to see it was registered. They said they could not get a hold of the merchant an so they kicked me out an told me to come back tomorrow. So I called the merchant an wow I was able to get a hold of the person.

    This bank is awful! My husband and I opened our first joint account here. Then over a month later they call us and say we have to come in and close our accounts, they could not give us a legitimate reason why except for they made an error and opened the wrong type of account for us. Totally their mistake. Awful customer service, Jamie Lynn called us after business hours to try and deliver the news that we had to close our account. She was pushy, disrespectful & incompetent. I've never been so mistreated. We are honest customers and have never had any banking issues. We are going back to Bank Of America! Id give them no stars at all.
