    Terrible ghetto parking lot bank. Guess this area must have been really dangerous back in the 60's when it was built. Gas station McDonald's across the street is just as old so maybe it's still a really dangerous place. Stay in your car lol

    My spouse and I went in to open a business bank account for his new catering service @hotrodsribsnbbq (shameless plug all day). We had an incredible experience. We didn’t wait long. The banker was very informative, and he even helped me to open an account for my own currently operating business @myrevh2o (again…I know lol.) So…I will say if you need a banking home come here! The tellers are pleasant and most importantly they’re fully staffed so they are getting people in and out!

    One the best customer services experiences. Christian was very helpful over the phone. Tony was as well. Then Liz knocked it out the park when helping with my transaction. She took it upon herself to have my info ready and made the withdrawal so easy. It was really nice to work with people who care. -JOE

    I have been doing business with this bank for five years, this is the first time the drive through teller required my driver license to deposit my paycheck and she was very rude about it. Also her manager was worse than her , she was saying that's how we do business in grapevine branch. This my worst experience and I will close my account tomorrow .

    First it is time all banks open. They make it near impossible to do business anymore. When in this branch there are plastic barriers up and all desks are more than 6 feet so CDC Guidelines have been met but they refuse to fully open. When contacting customer service you will be on the phone at least 30-45 minutes. The first person you get will not have the answers you need and will have to wait again to get a different person who will again not know the answer. This typically will happen three times. One department does not know what the other department is doing so the lack of coordination means mistakes are high and no answers as to why. To get one issue fixed it took 6 hours on the phone or more.

    I've been with Wells Fargo ever since they took over the Grapevine location. They have never done one thing wrong! I usually use Liz as my teller and she is the best and most friendly teller in the world. Also, in the back office, they have Steven Shi, a great financial advisor! I certainly give Well Fargo, Grapevine 5 stars +.

    Very helpful staff. Even though I am not a Wells Fargo client, they helped me with a problem I had with some old USD bills, replacing them. A big thanks to Jason Graybill and his staff. Awesome (even non) customer service.

    I moved from wells Fargo to B of A so wouldn't have to pay service charge for checks and banking, and they close the walk in bank.

    Love this bank. Don't listen to people that can't be happy no matter what. My family has been with them for years and have never had any problems like the one review says, took like 11days for funds to clear. Yeah right. You can trust this bank to do what they say they are gonna do.
