    Just an Amt place. What goodid having branch ba?n kingif you're never open? They say they don't have staff, well they have ample time to hire and train staff.

    The black lady (Debbie on my receipt)working the drive thru window is very unprofessional and rude. Every month I use the drive thru to get a money order. On several occasions she’s asked “can you not come inside and do this” “we don’t like doing that at the window” . The audacity of her to tell me how to receive MY money. Customer service classes are very much needed.

    WELLS FARGO NEEDS TO REOPEN THIS BRANCH TO MORE THAN JUST DRIVE THRU!!!! YOU CLOSED THE NEW HOLLAND BRANCH ENTIRELY AND WE NEED ACCESS ON THIS SIDE OF GAINESVILLE!!!!

    Teller waited until she was going to hand me my money to tell me about a $7.50 fee. I'm looking for a new bank, and definitely won't use Wells Fargo Bank. Your responses are like a broken record! You always ask people to do something else. That's exactly why you are losing customers.

    Bad customer service. Made an appointment to get info on a FHA and was told they didn’t do them they only did personal loans then was told why I didn’t go online and just do it and then was left there and told to do it on my phone because they actually do do them lol what was the point of making the appointment if I wanted to do it online I would have .

    I've had no problems with the bank itself but this is the only drive up atm in town and it's been broken for like 6 months!

    Had a great experience at this particular wells fargo. Everyone is extremely friendly and personable to meet your needs. I am glad to be a part of the Gainesville community and have such a great host of staff to assist me with my banking.
