Mr. Frantzky Thomas was very knowledgeable, helpful and experienced. He was able to answer all my questions and when presented with a challenging question he was able to go straight to the source and call me back with an answer quickly! The receptionist were unprofessional, when I asked to speak to the owner they laughed. I had previously worked with him, but I did not know he was no longer doing refinancing. A simple “ he no longer does that” would have been better than laughing and staring at me like I had done something wrong would have been better. But I had a wonderful experience with the agents working upstairs.
