Casey was horrible and needs training in customer service!!! Cassie and Ashley saved the day! I was about to lose my mind after being on the phone for an hour and a half with Wells Fargo then told I had to go branch. When I got to the branch Casey not only told me he couldn't help me, the tellers would not have time to help me because they were too busy and if I wanted an appointment it would be 2 days. He started raising his voice at me, not cool. I turned to walk out the door, Cassie chased me down and helped to solve my deposit nightmare. She took great care of me and passed me off to Ashley. All was handled, and for that I am grateful. It just takes a little kindness and time to go the extra mile.

I'm not a big fan of "big corporate banks" but this Wells Fargo branch at Niagara and Townsend has been great for us over the last 10 years. Many of the staff have been around for a while and have always been nice and courteous to me. Julie, Pam, Ashley, Casey, Pia and others always do their best. Completing transactions there have always gone pretty smoothly. For a big corporate bank, they do their best to make it feel like a hometown local bank. Great job guys!
Thank you so much for sharing these details with us, Bryan! I’m happy to see you enjoy visiting this location. Have a great rest of your day! -Nick, Wells Fargo HL Social

I’ve been more than pleased with the Montrose Wells Fargo. The employees are personable and management is open to feedback.

I agree that corporate policies ruin the local experience at wells Fargo. I couldn't deposit cash into a relative's account because I wasn't a signer on that account. Yes, cash. A bank that refuses to accept cash doesn't seem to be a bank anymore does it? Let's add an atm that won't accept deposits. Often won't give cash. So why offer atm services?
Thanks so much for your feedback, Susan. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. Please email me at [email protected] with your Google username, and also mention your review on a Wells Fargo location (no account numbers). I look forward to addressing this matter. -AJ, Wells Fargo HL Social

I am extremely upset that I can never reach anyone by phone at the only Wells Fargo we have left. I tried making an appointment on line to no avail. I am very concerned about what is going to happen to my money. What is the problem? Why are there no longer any employees especially when Main Street went out there should plenty of workers.
Hi, Phyllis. I'm sorry you've had a difficult experience trying to reach this branch over the phone. To ensure I can forward your concerns to the appropriate team, please mention your review, full name, phone number, address, and the reason for your call in an email to [email protected] (no account numbers). Wow. I had an appointment to open a new account and the woman that I had an appointment with (who was running over 30 mins late) snapped at me when I inquired about wait times with a few new employees that were casually talking amongst themselves. When you’re 30 mins late for an appointment with a new customer, maybe don’t snap at them when they POLITELY ask how much longer it will be. Oh, and maybe try calling people or poking your head out and informing them that you’re running way behind. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
This is not the customer experience we strive for, and I hope you'll accept my sincere apology. To ensure I can forward your concerns to the appropriate team, please email me at [email protected] with your full name, phone number, and address (no account numbers). Be sure to also include your Google username and the Wells Fargo branch location you posted a review on. -Jessica, Wells Fargo HL Social

I'm traveling from out of town, I stopped to get a few docs notarized, the teller at the front desk was very rude, he wanted to send me elsewhere to produce docs I could quickly email and sign. Lucky for me the branch manager worked it all out. Thanks Cassie! 5 starts for you and 1 star for the rude fellow working the counter.
This is not the customer experience we strive to provide, Jacob, and I’d like to take a closer look into what happened. At your convenience, send an email to [email protected] with your full name, phone number, and address (no account numbers). Crooked, corporate-welfare mooching bank. They must browbeat their underpaid employees pretty hard to get the level of overdone-cheesy-fake "politeness" out of them - which comes off as alienating and desperate, more than pleasant. You only have to read a few headlines to learn how crooked this company is, and I have no doubt they'll continue doing business in this way. I won't bank here ever again, and I'll drive a long distance to avoid their ATMs too. For a great banking experience, go local!
I’d like to know what happened to make you feel this way, Chuck. At your convenience, send an email to [email protected] with some additional details about your experience (no account numbers), and I’ll do my best to address your concerns. Please include your Google username, and mention you posted a review on a Wells Fargo location. Thank you for your time. -Casey, Wells Fargo HL Social

I applied online for a joint account for myself and my wife. By applying online I qualified for a $200.00 bonus. I got an instant approval email and today got something in the mail also telling me I was approved and to sign and return a document. The envelope did not contain the document and when I called they said it was not approved and that the application was denied. I explained that the fist line in the letter tells me “Congratulation! We’re pleased to inform you that your application for a new Wells Fargo account has been approved.” After some checking the CSR found the issue and I would have to go in the local branch to open the account, but it would be approved. Then told me since I have to open this at the local branch I would no longer quality for the 200.00. What a joke. With all the banking choices available, I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Staffing is not at all appropriate for the business need. You have to plan at least an hour to do any banking through the drive-thru. Sitting 45 minutes and still waiting just to make a deposit.
This is valuable feedback, Deb. I'm very sorry about the customer service at this branch. Please email me at [email protected] with your full name, phone number, address, and more details about your visit (no account numbers). Also, please mention your review on a Wells Fargo location. I’ll forward your concerns appropriately. -AJ, Wells Fargo HL Social
