I have been to this location over 10 times and at least eight of the times that I have been there I have been treated less then courteous. The teller to the far left at the first booth when you walk in never put my money in my hand or my card even though I give it to her in her hand. I understand that some people do not like germs butI come from a customer service background and I find that very rude. But on the wall in the bank it has a quote basically saying how they are big courtesy and that is one of their main priorities but I definitely beg to differ.

One of the tellers at this bank is a thief. My father goes into this bank. Hands in cash to the teller lady. Lady counts the money and tell my father that he can’t put it in to his parents (who are in their 70s) account. Lady gives money back to my father, and he leaves the bank. A few hours later, my Grandfather goes to another Wells Fargo bank in another town. My Grandfather tells this lady at the different bank how much it is. The lady says that there’s $480 less than he said. Lady runs it through the scanner 3 times, all saying $480 less than what was originally there. My father wouldn’t steal money from his own parents, and my father double checked how much cash their was(all cash was there) Only possible explanation is that the lady stole the $480. I will update this post as the manager put in a request to central office to review footage. Edit:Turns out the lady “didn’t steal it”. My grandma isn’t losing her mind, so 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

Went in to cash a check made out to me with 2 forms of state picture id. The 4 tellers that where talking to each other pointed me in the direction of someone who could fingerprint me and verify my information. Guess what he was busy, another employee from one of the offices came out and asked if I would like some water while I wait. To tell the truth I hadn't planned on staying very long so I said no. After almost 10 minutes of waiting for the verification officer to finish giving someone a replacement debit card I was waited on. He inspected my 2 forms of ID and had me thumb print the check. Then asked if I would like to open an account there. I said if this is what I have to go through to cash a 500 dollar check I would never consider doing any business with this establishment. The one star that I am giving is for the employee that apologized for the wait, and offered me water. The only bank that is worse than this is Bank of America.

I do not understand the bad reviews the tellers are nice and the bankers are amazing Jacob and lolita are two of the best people you can meet and will go out of their way to help anyway they can

It’s a struggle using night deposit. Barely opens sometimes takes multiple times to get it open. Key does not work at all
