    I called to inquire about some services that I urgently required and gave my name and number to the staff, and was told I'd receive a call back in an hour. 6 hours later, I called back to check and was told by an extremely rude staff member that they were understaffed and would not be calling me back today (something they did not mention at all during my first call), and that they could not provide me with the service at their location (again, also not mentioned during the first call). I've been a customer for 5 years and am extremely disappointed in the quality of their service and will look at other locations, and possibly other banks.

    Service is extremely poor at this center. I bank with many banks (boa, pnc, burke & herbert, & suntrust, to name a few). This is far the worse bank with regard to customer services. The bank was literally empty with no customers at 9:03AM on a Tuesday morning. That doesn't stop the two bank employees/officers from giving poor services and attitude. I am familiar about working at the bank since I've worked at one many years ago when I was in college. As soon as the bank's promotion is over, I will definitely close my accounts. Knowing that I was irritated, I told the branch manager that I would respond to the bank's survey, she snapped back and responded, 'sure.'

    This branch Wells Fargo very bad customer care and no answer phone and the banker is not good attention for customer

    Had my age down as 4 years older than I actually am (Not the mistake of this location) so billing me inactivity fees when I'm too young still. Corporate complaint filed on my behalf, no response. Totally an "accident" I'm sure! One door locked but lobby open Waited in line for drive through only to be told to come inside and be sidelined by a call. Then told my statement with updated address could not be printed. And they're still withdrawing money from my account for their 'low balance' fee a year before that's supposed to technically apply. Very rich. Isn't this the same place that defrauded their investors and embezzled from their depositors? Which they were literally doing from me based on incorrect age.

    Why do you have financial advisors when they are not allowed to advice your clients?!!! Wells farrago financial advisor don’t have any knowledge or experience. On top of that they are so scared to speak. Very disappointed. If you need any financial help or advice look elsewhere!!

    I was already having terrible experience with WF mortgage but it got worse when I was at this branch today. I was there to pay off my mortgage and banker was Lillian S. I was given incorrect pay off instruction by customer service rep over the phone the day before (no cash or check accepted; wire only and no wire fee from WF checking). None of the instruction was true. When I went to the bank, I was told Wells Fargo would charge me $30 wire fee or $3 check fee. Lilian didn’t seem to believe me nor care what instruction I was given over the phone. She said the system would charge the wire fee anyway and she could not waive even the $3 check fee. She looked rather annoyed and told me to call Wells Fargo mortgage and make the payment. Seriously??? It was a mistake made by Wells Fargo to begin with and $3 fee cannot be waived??? I had been with Wachovia/Wells Fargo for over 10 years. Every time I am asked how they can provide exceptional service to me, I wonder whether they understand what they are talking about. Wells Fargo and exceptional service don’t go together.

    This is the worst Wells Fargo Branch! I go there, nothing gets done. I go to a different branch, everything is so easy!! This branch has made me think about closing all my accounts at Wells Fargo and opening accounts at a different bank! Unless you have no other option, save yourself a headache and go to a different branch! And oh, the reviews with 5 stars look very fake.

    Teller in the drive thru kept insisting I'm giving the wrong account number even though I've been going there the past four months. Told them I will come inside and told me they're closing even though it was 4:55. Went to the lobby door and it had been locked prematurely--a definite no-no in the banking industry. Finally was allowed in after showing an employee it was not closing time. Turns out teller was unaware of how to process mortgage payments which required a specific a different code to be entered. The worst part is their narrow drive thru had an unusually high curb that completely scratched the side of my car.

    I use to deal with this branch since 2008 , and they was always doing good with customers satisfaction, but since the manager is changed with the new manager ( Sarab) , I’m never going to be there!!!!
