Fantastic staff over here, reasonable prices and they're still able to negotiate a little bit more. Limited inventory as moves quickly but I found something really good and had it with ease. 100% recommended

Needed a Canon camera part ASAP. And this place provided with not only the item, but with an awesome price. Great customer service, too. I felt confident buying from them since the items sold here, apparently, goes through a police background check. Not bad. Hours vary depending on daily promotions. Make sure to call to confirm if open or close before any assumptions.

The worst pawn shop I have ever walked into. I suggest to think smartly before taking any of your items there to sell cause they will try to rip you off. I had sold a few things before and with the mistake of not doing the proper research I was ripped off by a lot. Already knowing that they will try to sell it back to me at a higher price i figure there wasn't any point on arguing with them. The next time I went there I came prepared. Yet again they tried their best to rip me off , treating me like i don't have a clue, which really offended me. The guys that work there are crooks and they are going out of business that's why they don't even have a web site up any longer, cause they are going broke. I know now after all this that there are more people out there that had been ripped off from these people and as well paid to much for something that they could have purchase at a lower price. I highly suggest to spend the extra miles and go somewhere else that actually respects their customers.

This pawn is terrible when it comes to communication. I had an item on loan for about 3 months and every month I would pay on it. The last month I pay I get a phone a week later say I have to come pay for my item that day or I will lose it.. mind you I had already paid for the month so I was confused as to why I had to come in that day, which is impossible with their hours and you have a full time job. I had been a regular customer but after having to pay 80 for and item I only received 50 for is absolutely ridiculous. They could have done a way better job a customer know about the payment process.

For all the shining reviews I beg to differ. I walk into the store with no greeting. I get up to the counter to talk with one of the employees and still no proper greeting. He was a younger guy and was completely clueless to be of any help. He was so quick to tell me all my REAL designer jewelry was worthless. He did not want to even look at my pieces and acted as if it were contaminated or something. I felt it was rather rude. Then once the store was empty of other customers (which was only 2 mins later) an older employee ( maybe a manager) came up and looked over some of my pieces. I will say he too had very rude things to say and I felt he implied a fair amount of excuses and lies. Such as the rings I brought in couldn't be resized which would not be a selling point to which I felt was total BS. He commented that my jewelry was dirty and again I felt extremely insulted. I had cleaned them the night before and soaked the jewelry in a cleaning solution. A REAL Tiffany pearl necklace he looked over wasn't good enough either. He claimed it was discolored and a " special market" could only attract certain buyers. All these excuses and more. Bottom line the effort level, customer service and judgment they passed on me gets a giant F. Thank you for wasting my time.

Excellent experience. Robert (I believe that was his name) was extremely courteous and even suggested that I try to sell the item on my own because he thought I could sell it for more on Craigslist than to them. Really a stand up guy. Further more, they offered me a fair price on everything. Been here multiple times and plan on coming back.

Very disturbing how being black gets you a complete low ball offer. How could I say this? Months prior i sent a girl in with my exact item for a loan to which they gave more. When I went myself they offered significantly less almost criminal. Smh NEVER COME HERE...

Don't pawn a firearm unless kieth is working. The other gentleman doesn't know enough to deal with. Seriously a 100 for a pristine shotgun that he didn't even handle or look at. His excuse was they are going for 200 on gun broker and they are not. You guys just lost my business. Shame.
