Awful service , went there on Saturday with my husband who has been there since it was Wachovia and no one was willing to help get myself into his account after we just got married. They told us we can get you an appointment in July which is unacceptable. This location is terrible

Today I found that they had decided to shut to lobby down yet again due to COVID. You can go into any other store, fly, travel to foreign countries, but cant go into the bank. After sitting in the drive through for 45 minutes I was waved around by a teller to come inside because the car in front of me had been at the window for 30+ minutes. When I got to the front door (with the other folks that were waved around) they told us that they were actually waving for us to go to the back of the line because they closed that lane. I then got back in the drive through and waited to eventually arrive back in the same lane I was in originally that they had re opened. All I ask is that if your going to close the lobby please have a plan in affect to get everyone service in a timely manner.

Hands down the poorest customer service experience on a continuous basis that we have ever experienced at our Thorndale branch. Unprofessional beyond words

This bank is horrible. They have declined my card for cents at the food store but will but will have no problem over drawing your account so the can charge a service fee. Even if you repeatedly say you over and over again you don't want over draft protection. The most recent act of inhuman behavior was they did not accept a check i deposited because it did not have my middle initial, mind you I have never had this issue before with proof of this too. It is disgusting to know in a time that people are going through these horrible times. Wells Fargo is the reason so many are suffering.

Used to love Wells Fargo but their service has been nothing more and nothing less than horrendous. After there was fraud reported to my business card I had a new card ordered. I was told 1-2 weeks for it to arrive and it's been almost 2 months now. I call the customer service line and am put on hold for ages. I finally get someone on the phone and they hang up. This has happened twice. I went into the Thorndale branch to have this sorted. They told me to deal with it online and they would do nothing for me. I asked for some temporary checks to get by in my business to pay people since I had used all my checks because I had no business card still. They insisted on charging me 3 dollars for 3 temporary checks even after all of the inconveniences. I am unfortunately forced to move my bank accounts now as Wells Fargo cannot assist me online or in a branch which is a huge inconvenience to me and my business. I am beyond frustrated with Wells Fargo and the Thorndale branch.

Worst customer service I have ever received. The Teller was wonderful and very polite however the desk people were unbelievable!!! They were more interested in having lunch at 10:30 in the morning. Even thought there was no customer around they were too busy complaining about lunch and could not help me with a password reset on my card. This task could of took no more than 10 minutes yet they were too busy. Would give a minus star if I could.

Always helpful or try to help. Sometimes employees from other branches help out and can't do as much for you. But always good experience.
