    on may 3th between 9 and 10 am I went to this branch I needed to talk a banker , I sat down about 15 minutes , nobody came to say anything to me , then I left , sorry bank , bad bad bad

    I had to do a review after visiting this branch for the first time. The banker Kaitlynn was very friendly and helpful and really just made me feel like I had traveled back in time to when customer service really mattered. This branch had a really personable and genuinly friendly feel to it. The tellers were very friendly and smiling even the ones I didn't ha e contact with. Too bad I live so far away or this would be where I do all of my business. Thanks ladies for the great experience! Rona

    The first banker disappeared 3-4 times which the manager excused on her behalf later. The banker wouldn't want to make mistake nor provide a less than vague answer, but I would have appreciated if the banker kept her courtesy with client and check with client whether I would be okay to invite the next room banker, Fabian who has better expertise on the CC.

    Ridiculous that this branch is closed 12 months now while all others, plus everything else, are opened up again. Even schools. TWELVE MONTHS. I am no longer a customer. If I have to go across town to get to your closest branch to me then I will chose any number of banks in that same area and that is what my family did and many others in my area have done and are doing. This is how you lose customers.

    Three stars only because one of the bankers (Katelyn) I believe her name was, was very nice and helped me with what I needed. As for the management here, it's really not great and seems like a manager from a McDonald's.

    Unbelievable that this branch has been closed for so long. Every other business that isn’t even as important as a bank is open. I am in the process of changing banks because of this branch.

    This was a good bank when it was open. So tired of driving 20 mins to get to a bank now. Time to re-open now.
