    Not a customer of Wells Fargo, but needed some assistance. Michelle and the other associates were very professional and helpful. I had called ahead, and Michelle called back in a timely manner, and was clear with how they would be able to help.

    While this isn't a reflection on the bank itself it would seem to be the call service the use. A person calling from this banks number called the business I work at, in an entirely different state, and was rude with my coworker and myself when neither of us were willing to provide details on my manager. She was aggressive, pushy and entirely unprofessional to the response of leave your details and we will have her contact you. Absolutely the worst interaction I've ever had with someone representing a business.

    Understaffed and service manager doesn't understand the idea of service. Walked in before 4 on a Thursday to get a temporary debit card because mine was compromised. Three people TOTAL working the drive thru, the lobby teller, and relationship banker. Wait ten minutes, teller tells me the other 2 can help me and to have a seat. I wait for a few minutes and the guy comes over and I guess overheard that I needed a temporary card. I give him credit for coming over to approach me to tell me the service manager was gone and the cards were locked up. Why have hours til 5 if you cant even execute a simple banking issue? Especially when this was the only option given to me over the phone. I took time off work to handle this and quickly realized why i almost always mobile deposit bc any other time I have gone in this branch the wait times are silly especially considering the small number of patrons in the bank at one time. Will be changing banks asap.

    Very friendly people, but they need training. No one at the bank, including the manager, nose how the credit score on their own website is made. I will be switching to a new bank with more knowledgeable employees.

    I went to try to get a temporary debit card they told me that they were book all they,, some one else came and they help the but I wait more than 30 minutes because I was doing some deposits from work and from that time they didn't get any costumers , but said they were super busy, that's not a good costumer service. I'm so disappointed 😞😔

    I walked in to get a document notarized. There were no customers besides myself in the bank, but there were multiple bankers. I was told there was an appointment right now and I'd have to call or go online to schedule. I waited outside trying to schedule online and no appointment ever came by.
