    DO NOT JOIN THIS CREDIT UNION! The transition from JSC to Wellby has been horrific. When you go into the online app, you may or may not be able to pay your bills (I often get can't a can't confirm payment error); you have to dig down a few levels to schedule a future bill; all of the bill history is missing (and there is no sign it is coming back); the manage payments feature has never worked (given the lack of response I don't think it ever will); scheduled payments no longer total; if you have a joint account the welcome message is to the person who opened the account and not necessarily the person that pays the bills; if you want to start a conversation with support you are greeted with the message "We are currently experiencing longer than expected response times" (my Oct 12 chat has yet to get a response); initially remoted deposits was not working and my payees were missing; etc. It appears the members are expected to test the new software. I have tried alerting online Support, but they don't respond, and I have tried calling, but get routed into a customer support abyss. After 20 minutes I never spoke to a human, so I called a different credit union to open a new account. Interestingly, they answered the phone. I spoke with some coworkers and they agree that Wellby is a hot mess. They want to be a big boy in the credit union business, but seem to have forgotten about the individuals who have been with them for 20 to 30 years. We are beginning our transition to another credit union. Two months without any response to any inquiry is ridiculous.

    It is a very bad experience, and I have visited 5 times in the past 2 months to get problems fixed and their system is still not working properly. Some people are calling it "Well-Bye".

    I have always had a great experience with JSC and I moved to this area about 9 months ago and was so happy there was a JSC close by. Unfortunately, I have been SO disappointed with this branch. About a month or so ago, I went in to open a savings account for my daughter. The lady that did it for us was SO rude to us because it was 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday and she didnt want to work. As she typed in our info, I have never heard someone punch keys so hard. She didnt even answer some of my questions when I asked, she just ignored me. I was so uncomfortable. Needless to say, if I ever need to do something like this again, I will drive further to the Bay Colony location. Another thing that has made me mad recently is the ATM. Is this not a 24 hour ATM???? It doesnt seem to open until 9am when the branch opens. Isnt that the whole point of an ATM is that you can pull out money whenever you want??? I had to drive to the next closest bank and was charged a $3 fee since I dont have an account there. And of course I am not reimbursed for ATM fees. I HATE that I am having trouble with this location, I have never had a problem anywhere else.

    Have been with JSC for over 13 years. dont know why, but recently this credit union's customer service has been terrible. Two weeks ago, I made a deposit and JSC credited it to the wrong account. I did not know this until I looked at my account. Their error made the account overdrawn. After about an hour on the phone, they credited the overdraft fees and transferred the money to the correct account. A couple of days later, i made another deposit and--just to make sure-i checked my account. Sure enough, the money was deposited to the wrong account again! This time I called and the person in accounting told me she would fix it. I checked a little while later and she failed to credit the right account!! I just did it myself. Today, went to the JSC atm on FM270 and the atm did not dispense any cash, so i tried again. Still nothing. As it was very early in the morning, the bank was not open so went to moody national bank-got charged 3.50 for the transaction and found out that JSC had debited the two transactions from my account. Have been trying to get this fixed for about 1 1/2 hours today. Finally talked to the accounting manager-Ms. Redding (sic) who promptly told me "i just looked at your account and the money is in there".as if I am lying. I told her that I had been on the phone and waiting all this time and the last time i checked was about 10 minutes ago and it was not there. So someone must have put it there as I was waiting on the phone to speak to the manager.. She stated that the employees are allowed to go to lunch....just trying to CYA IMO. Very poor customer service-no apology for wasting 1 1/2 hours of my life that I can't get back; no apology for their crappy atm; no apology for not catching the fact that their atm surely must have been out of balance; nothing nada zip. I think JSC has gotten too big--starting to remind me of Bank of America.

    I find no fault with JSC especially this branch, it's the only one I go to. Everyone is kind and prompt. This is also the place where I go my car loan so I give due respect to the hard work of the employees of JSC FCU.

    This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a bank I went into simply pay a credit card and ended up sitting in line for 35 minutes before I was even seen then after confirmation I waited another 20 minutes to get my ID back I will never be going back to this location and I hope no one does the same

    i have been with this bank for several years. I hate they only have one on the island, The only complaint i have is the ATM is always down when i need it most it seems. oh well, other than that, its a gr8 bank!
