I'd give them a 0 if I could. We got there when it opened at 9 to ensure someone could help add my to my husbands checking account. The first person said she had an appointment at 9:30 (it was 9) and couldn't help, and the manager said she could help if I come back at 10. The worst customer service I've ever experienced from a financial institution. I've been a customer of Chase for over 20 years, but I will NEVER do business at this location again.

I wish I would have got her name. Super sweet banker just helped me add an additional account. She was just a pleasure to speak with really was an enjoyable interaction. Great work! Please give her a larger keyboard her nails need some room to breath :)

The atm took my money when I needed to pay for something important!! and when I went inside the lady said “Yeah its been happening for a while now call this number and they should help you with the claim” If yall know the ATM does that why didn’t you turn it off and put a paper that says “out of order” Why do we have to go through the claim process and wait for our money?!!

Mind you, my first visit was today to open an account. The gentleman that helped us was very polite and explained everything to us. He assured us he would follow up on our account and so forth. 5 star rating for this visit.

When I was there Mr. Saldana their branch manager was doing whatever he can to show me that I am not welcome there. I previously have a good feeling for Chase and admire their trust and customer service and I am trying not to let this incident change my view. This gentleman is VP and when I asked for notarized Bank Statement said that we don’t do that and if you want a printed copy you will be charged $6. Just imagine for months I had $30k in the same account and he wanted to charge me. So sad!

It's usually a long wait if you need anything other than to deposit or withdraw cash. One time while waiting a guy needed to make a payment on his mortgage. The teller said she couldn't process it for some unknown reason. He got angry and shouted for the manager. Manager took his check and processed it straight away. I guess that's how things get done at this location. I ended up walking out after waiting 20 minutes just to update my savings account. Maybe I should have shouted for the manager. The Chase on Bay Area is so much better than this location.

The ATM machines has error messages a lot or are broken. It'll tell you that you have an incorrect PIN number and try to make you pay a cash advance when you withdraw cash even though you have a balance on your checking account. The ATM machine sometimes does not calculates your deposit correctly so make sure you get a balance deposit slip. When you call the local branch, they route you to a call center.

I've had a college checking account with Chase for years and every branch takes care of me the best they can. My latest visit with a banker, Diana, was no different. Slight wait, but free coffee. I recommend Chase.

Years and years of bad service from this branch. It doesn’t surprise me that now it’s “temporarily” closed. It is surprising that Chase didn’t address obvious issues sooner - I wonder if the management structure is different from other branches?

These people can't even answer the phone at this location. Seriously!? Its all automated and it connects to Customer Service instead of the actual branch employees. What if i want to open an account here and i had questions and needed to talk to A PERSON instead of a machine!!??? You know what, maybe i'll take my money elsewhere to open my accounts. Thanks for nothing Chase Bank.
