    Multiple reasons why this is a 1-star establishment. Terrible website, app, communication, and processes. Most recently, I attempted to get PMI removed from my mortgage. It took them 4 months to reply with a half-hearted "try paying more of your principal" (duh, but I'm removing the PMI early since the home value has increased). Meanwhile, I could have paid for an appraisal 4 months ago and almost paid for the lost balance of the PMI. Now I'm starting over. Wellby has cost me so much time, money, and energy that there is nothing good I can say about this establishment. Go elsewhere if you can.

    Absolutely TERRIBLE since the - ahem - "upgrade" to Wellby. I joined JSC Federal Credit Union in 1989 and have been a member for 23 years, and this new switch absolutely RUINED the JSCFCU experience. Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, endless phone loop. Cannot order checks through the website, but three weeks ago, after a 45 minute wait on hold, I spoke to a "Solutions Specialist" (rolleyes) who ordered checks for me. One month later, I still have not received the checks. Sent a message through the "Contact Us" link and it took THREE WEEKS for someone to respond to me. Went to three different branches to use the coin machine and it was "out of service" in all three locations.

    David helped my daughter and I set up her account and he was extremely helpful and nice. It was my first time going to this branch We will continue to use this as our home branch from now on

    Wish I could leave -0- stars. JSC had their issues that I tolerated, but their merger with Wellby has been a major disaster. Some adjustments are expected by this is a nightmare of all nightmares. Messages are rarely answered and if so it is months behind, told to call if urgent but they don't ever pick up the phone (infinite hold), and now we learned they disconnected our mortgage auto-draft 4 months ago, as they went with a 3rd party for payment. took all day to fix that and get paid up, accruing late fees and I'm sure affecting our credit. Can't register with the 3rd party because our account number was changed and only a partial number is available to us. Welby said DMI handles the payments (and aut0-draft) then DMI says no Welby does, so had to go into the bank as you know even when just JSC was always an all day adventure. They also removed some accounts from our site putting them another account, thererfore another site to register and keep track of. What a nightmare! They should be crediting us for this whole debockle, but do you think that will happen. HA. I have spend around 4 hours at least on this so they owe me the loss of wages to the tune of $75 per hour, which seems quite fair. Staffing enough people would be nice or at least staffing with people that didn't lose out in the zombie apocalypse. Brains are important particularly in banking.

    doesnt answer the phone, i went in person and asked for the extension to that location to hopefully bypass the computer and it sent me into an infinite loop and never got to speak to anyone. you message them through email support and instagram messaging and when they finally acknowledge, they make the minimal effort to contact you. if you miss the call they don’t follow up with another call or message. i’ve been trying to get an answer to this one question for days and now i’ll have to go in person. maybe consider hiring more people since y’all can’t handle the “higher call volumes” yall have been claiming to have for weeks.

    This so called bank has ruined everything for me financially within just a few weeks. They refused to let any transactions go through by saying they were “suspicious” even though i approved them.. which eventually lead to me losing my parking contract with my job, and cost me around 600 dollars in the past 6 weeks. They also claim that I have over draft fees although I have zero insufficient fund charges or declines on any accounts. And to top it all off they falsely reported to the credit bureau that I’m over my limit on my credit card, which I’m not. And that killed my credit score. Anytime i try to talk to them, they get defensive rather than helpful. Nothing has been resolved and if anything, everything has gotten worse. I’m currently seeking an attorney to help me. I’ve contacted the media as well. Because theyre not only messing with my finances and my life but other peoples too.

    They're still lacking in services, products and banking relationship. Soon to be Wellby Financial, we'll see. My primary personal and corporate banking is at 2 "Big 4" banks. Only back here because of the hubby. Meh.

    Horrible. The day I joined the bank I knew I made a mistake. The bank is still in the stone age. It took 7 days to set up an external transfer option. I had to go-to the bank to get my member Id. No letter in the mail or anything. Personal loan apr was crazy. Definitely closing my account.

    I have been in the call queue for their credit card customer service for over 37 minutes and counting. This seems to be a trend at this bank. I will be switching financial institutions soon.

    Only two people working both drive through and window. One other stood in the lobby hands on hips doing nothing not even attempting to offer any assitance not even a greeting to customers .Whenn anyone else would enter she would return to an office, stand a few seconds, then return to lobby again, hands on hips without acknowledgement to anyone present. Not even a greeting to customers
