Texas Bay is an amazing credit union, especially this location!! Great energy from the employees here and awesome service! The only complaint i would have would be in regards to their customer service department and their long wait times! However, it’s reassuring to know that this branch assists with those calls to help with long wait times!

we have been with Texas Bay for a little over four years and we have always dealt with the South Shore branch. We have never had an issue with this branch and normally get good customer service. However today was a different story. I went to the branch with questions regarding some charges on my account and got the runaround regarding pending post and you know my app doesn’t show what it’s actually in the system and even though I may have a balance on my account things might be coming through and blah blah blah ... never did really get a straight answer but oh well! The worst part about my experience today was that they had me standing at the window in the lobby trying to explain what I was needing to know then they had me sit down several times for a total of about 30 minutes while they tried to find the answer. Then she had me come over to your desk in the lobby and tried to explain again their explanation which I never really understood. They should have pulled me into an office and sat me down and private and explained everything to me instead of embarrassing me out in the middle of the branch lobby where other customers were doing transactions as well. It got to be very uncomfortable and I just gave up and left !!

Texas Bay handles some express transactions at our teller window and receptionist desk but the staff is trained to move any conversation that may be lengthy or needs privacy to an FSR.
