Brian Coughlin’s name was given to us by a family member Anna Buono Relator who has worked with Brian before let’s say he was highly recommended so glad we took her advice . We told Brian we’re looking to refinance he was so personable he listen to are concerns and in turn let us know are options. Just talking to Brian for the fist time he set our minds at ease. Through the process Brian kept us updated and informed asking if we had any questions concerns and would always answer us back in a timely manor right up to the morning of the refi closing and then after. Brian was excellent. Despite how much you may already know coming into the mortgage sphere, he will make sure you are aware of everything. This includes the breakdown of the mortgage from the interest rates, to an overall estimate of monthly expenses. He is very patient and always has the clients best interest at heart. As a first time homebuyer, I was able to come out of Brian's office without any worries. Just a phone call away, him and his assistant were always on top of things, ensuring everything was perfect, ridding the possibility of problems. I cannot rave enough about Brian Coughlin and Welcome Home Mortgage! He took a nearly impossible situation that I was in and was able to make my refinancing happen. He fights for you till the end and his positive attitude will make you believe in miracles. That's exactly what he did for me, made a miracle happen. He was patient with me when I was at my wits end and instilled hope where it felt like there was none. He has a "where there's a will, there's a way" attitude when it comes to making loans and approvals happen. He thinks outside of the box and finds a solution to the problems that inevitably will come up. What I cannot say enough about is the way he perseveres through any situation with you and you feel like he is truly on your side. He, along with his colleague Carlene, helped me stay calm through the process of refinancing and dealt with countless daily emails and calls from a panicked me. I thought they would hate me by the end of it all but despite it all, they were kind and genuine with me till the very end. He even follows up with you after you've closed and maintains the relationship. Brian is amazing (as is Carlene) and his entire team. I would recommend (and have already) to anyone and everyone! I was luck to have found him after dealing with multiple other banks and brokers who were extremely unhelpful and only after the business of it all. Brian truly cares for the person and the process. I value customer service and responsiveness, and that's what Welcome Home Mortgage, LLC excels at. My process was tedious and hopeless at times because of COVID and all the bureaucracy involved. However, Brian and Carlene were always there to answer my questions, reach out to people that needed to be rushed to make things happen, comfort me, etc. I'm pleased with the way they handled situations even outside of work hours. I would recommend them for any home buying process.
