Made an appointment to notarize some paperwork and absolutely loved my interaction with Katie today very knowledgeable and helpful. She got me all set up and out the door quickly! Thank you so much!!

The worst customer service. It’s like a Walmart. There is no hi or bye. I was greeted with a “What?” And was given my receipt with no goodbye. Not even one word. There was no conversation or any attempt to make it a pleasant experience. It is like this every single time. I plan on closing out my accounts here. I’m not expecting to be wined and dined at a bank but I do expect to be treated as a valued customer and feel welcomed.

Tellers are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I feel it’s very well staffed!

Worst customer service the lady literally didn’t want to pull out and show me my bank statements because it was gonna take too long i just wanted her help to know which were my check deposits because my lawyer needed them and she literally told me it’s gonna be long and didn’t help.

Very disappointed in the customer service recently. I opened an account at that branch in 1986 when it was CT National Bank and remained when it changed to Shawmut and now BOA. Have never had any issues with the representatives until the past couple of weeks. If it were not for the rep at the main office that I called today I would have pulled my accounts and the branch rep could have cared less. I have been employed in customer service for over 30 years and would never treat my clients that way. The only customer friendly people are the tellers. I will never set foot in that branch ever again.

Worst customer service......girls behind counter are great.....however bank refuses to hire help. So you walk in and have to wait 15 minutes to get served. Ridiculous, if I ever ran my business like this....we'll w would be out of business.

Terrible ! People there are not nice...i was there taking care of my aunts accounts and had to use restroom they said it was only for employees. I was there 2 and half hours ...we also so had to go over to Webster and such a difference in greeting at door and dealing with one of the ladies there so nice at webster ba.helpful So pleas

I had to cash a check today at this bank, I'm not a customer. They charged me $9 to cash a check that was from this bank. I asked why? O because your not a customer she said. So I said hell will freezes over before I open an account here if you charge a none customer to cash a check. Terrible bank, stay away

Extremely under staffed and rude. Teller input incorrect amount on a deposit and did not even apologize about it. She was very careless through out the entire transaction.

You are absolutely ridiculous! I’m just trying to get some information but everything is set up for current customers. I guess you’re going to lose a new business customer.
