Webster Bank Main St, New Milford

Was having a problem buying gas on town. They straightened it out in about 6 minutes. No more problems....

I'm a small business owner and Webster is beyond supportive of me and my business! From small business loans to every day banking, they are great, both the local branch and at the corporate level. We're on a first name basis and I wouldn't want it any other way. Thank you!

The bank tellers deposit my money in to someone else account. They don’t verify the deposits.. These people are unprofessional, poor quality service at best. I would not recommend people use this bank.

Spoke with a super rude woman there today who basically bullied me into keeping a card I no longer wanted. After a few phone calls, the information she gave me was false and super exaggerated. Her tone of voice was uninviting and has encouraged me to look elsewhere for my banking.

Alex is always more than helpful with all my banking needs. Its nice to walk in , be recognized, and helped right away.
