Wayne Savings Community Bank N Market St, Wooster

I have recently have obtained a mortgage loan with Wayne Savings. The whole process was frustrating. The lack of communication is unbelievable. And for my first payment the "loan booker" transposed the numbers and gave me an inaccurate payment due date. Makes me wonder other mistakes have been made. I would never recommend them and I definitely would not work with Wayne Savings again.

Upper management has no clue how to run a business. I know multiple people that work or have worked for Wayne savings. They can't keep help because of low pay and petty upper management. I've considered switching my bank to Wayne Savings but after hearing horror stories from ex employees I've decided to stay where I'm at. I'm hoping this post will get Management's attention you are the ones costing yourselves business.

I know the ladies at the North end branch in Wooster are super they go out of their way to help you same with Fredericksburg. Wouldn't do anything it wouldn't take the car for some reason

The coustmer service is very bad I never seen this type of coustmer service in bank I was called their and the manager(sandy) said u can come anytime for open account when I was their then after 10minits the bank manager was coming and she said u can drop ur documents I will prepared everything for you then we was their whatever she gave us time then she said we need approval from branch manager he was their on that day then she said u can come back tomorrow for signs and next day I was their and she said nothing is done she did not get approval from manager she said . and without my permission she run my credits it's not acceptable.i am not recommended to anyone for open any types of accounts in this bank .

Take your business elsewhere- level management have no clue how to treat or pay employees. It’s more like slave labor this bank! Go to a bank that supports its staff with better wages and doesn’t put the $ sign in front of its employees

Their bank is excellent in helping you out best bank I have been with so far would recommend them to everyone
