I did a purchase with Barry Rell and Tim Holm. They were AWESOME!!!! The home purchase/ selling process should not be stressful and they made sure it wasn't. They even set me up with a lender that gave me the best deal I could possibly get and even that guy was great to deal with.

My team made me feel like family. I had a string of problems trying to get into my new home. Watson was with me every step of the way. From my realtor Jasmine Morford to my loan originators Vicky and Mike. Even at the last minute when my builder was being a pain, my Watson team stepped in and got everything worked out. I will be a Watson customer for life.

James Taylor was the realtor for the seller and unfortunately we had him represent us. We had at least a dozen complaints after the closing including an undisclosed fire in the oven which was destroyed, NO washer or dryer that was in the contract, Cracks all over the stucco, half the grass was dead and filled with weeds. We asked to see the house several times including the day of closing but it was always not possible as it wasn't convenient for James or the seller. We had an inspector, a friend of James who was obviously not working on our behalf. The management at Watson doesn't reply to certified letters or phone calls or messages at the highest levels. DO NOT TRUST these people! They care only about the sale. Not one person we asked would come to the home to view the problems. It was a liability issue using the brokers words.

My mother in law used Watson Realty to sell one of her properties. Reginald Robinson was her realtor for this transaction. Everything went well. However, when she wanted to sell her primary residence it was and is a much different story. Reginald was (and still is on the website) the listing agent for the property. However, this property was turned over to Amy Thomas. My mother in law was told in January that they needed to vacate the premises by Feb 15th as they had a buyer. So she packed up her family (her, her husband, her son, his wife and three grandkids) and vacated the property. They relocated to vermont by the 15th when they were informed that the financing for the buyer fell thru. Over the next several months there have been several showings with always a promise of a contract. Well her daughter and i went to the property 3 weeks ago and were broken hearted at what we saw. All three acres were over grown. No land scaping had been done since the family left in February. The garage was left open. There was garbage all over the property. The main house was open, it smelled, had water dripping in the tub, dead bugs throughout the house. This is a properrty that the agent was allegedly SHOWING TO POTENTIAL BUYERS!!! While I understand that there is a certain amount of responsibility to the owner, I would hope that responsibility would be mitigated by the fact the family had to relocate at the agents request. Now, my wife's family is in a home in Vermont that the bank is actively trying to sell out from under them (read for sale sign in front yard) because they need the money from the sale of one property to pay for the other one. However, good luck getting in touch with Amy Thomas. I called and left her a message that I wanted to talk to her about the property on Sycamore Street. that was 5 days ago and still no call. That was after playing phone tag with two different people in three different offices. Additionally, she doesn't know about my relationship with the current owner. I was just another person calling about a property. Very sad indeed

Watson Relocation was excellent especially Lisa Eddy. We had such a wonderful experience with Real Estate Agent Karen Cook. Highly recommend her.
