GET READY FOR DISAPPOINTMENT This was quite an experience. I was told that the lawyer on staff named David would be able to close my house fairly quickly. A month later Im still waiting. This is nothing more than lack of leadership. I have contacted them through emails and phone no luck. With David, your going to be lucky if you get one phone call per week after your deadline. I clearly was not a priority and Im fine with that. But what i dont want is to get strung along while my buyer is pulling their hair out. At least tell me up front that you have better things to do, different customers to help or you simply dont want my business. Then I can go find a company that does. I dont expect anyone to sit on the phone with me and hold my hand but i would like some kind of update. Maybe a 4 word email. Still working on it. or, I need more time. 2 examples is enough. I could have easily lost this house. Thanks Dave! Side Note Erin did a fantastic job trying to cover for her boss. All jokes aside- any title company out there that would like a hard worker email Erin. Shes ready for a promotion. She needs to be in an environment that she can grow. With my particular situation she was not able to help. Although I didnt call and complain over the phone Im sure she could understand my frustration. Especially after day 20. Yeah 20. Its 30 now.
