The neighborhood feels really safe and the grounds look like a college campus. The view of the river is amazing and the River Park is a great place to people watch - especially on the river.

I was excited to come to this beautiful place on a beautiful day with my husband and our dog as we always used to. What a surprise when we got there and were kicked out by a Walton employee. They now started eliminating dogs outside on the property. We literally watched that employee going person to person who had a dog and kicking them out mostly in a very rude way. This has disgusted me so much that I'm never coming back even without our furry four legged friend. WHO DOESN'T LIKE DOGS????
Thank you for providing your feedback. We do love dogs at Walton on the Chattahoochee and have even built a dog park for our residents' use. We do, however, limit accessibility to residents as they pay for the privilege of using the grounds. Our coffee shop is always open to the public, however, dogs are not permitted for outside guests. I apologize that this was not communicated to you in a more respectful manner during your visit.

They asked you for a deposit without knowing whether you are accepted or not. You are on a waitlist for several months and nobody will give you update on your application. Very poor customer service. I will not recommend this community. After a decision was made, nobody called to tell us, they kept our deposit for months. We called several times, we had to drive to the leasing office to speak to someone.

Amazing location and friendly staff. Had no problems getting in and had no problems getting out. I loved being so close the the river and trains. If you like being close to the city but in nature then this is the place for you.

Can't beat the river location, backdoor access to a park, and coffee shop. Walton has a policy of placing govenors on their A.C. units though, which is a pain if you work from home in the summer or have kids.

Went there for an expensive cup of coffee and to walk the trails. Absolutely great views of the Chattahoochee river and plenty of nature. This is a great place to go and relax!

Piles of trash are always in groups all over the neighborhood. Really disgusting, it smells and leaks everywhere. This place is not what it seems on the surface.
