I am very pleased with the service I received from Caliber home loans. Buying a home is a stressful process, especially when you get to the final two weeks before closing. Our loan officer Lisa was superb, and she took care of me every step of the way. I had lots of questions, but Lisa guided me through the entire process and was always quick to respond to me on email or phone. I will recommend Caliber to all of my friends and family!!!

Mr Strawhand was very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. In addition, he was very decisive and empathetic. He responded quickly and politely to my requests through emails or phone calls. He continually gave me constant updates, and continually offered his professional advice on the best option to take.

Edward was the best! He was there for me at every step every worry every situation. He worked off hours and always answers my calls or emails. If he didn’t answer he called back in minutes. He always answer my question and if he wasn’t sure he triple check and get right back. When we hit bumps he figured them out and came up with solutions. Edward is beyond amazing. I don’t know what we would have done without him!

Natashia was very easy to work with. She is very responsive to emails and phone calls. This is my second time working with her, and when I have a mortgage need in the future, she will be the first person I call.
