The front desk clerk social profiles people and provides horrible service based on his thoughts about the account holder. Also they wouldn't make change for me because I didn't have the business account number to the business I'm only an employee at. Not only will they waste your time but they will over charge you for accounts with them and have many hidden fees they like to drop on you at the worst possible times. Our business is very unsatisfied with their customer service and would suggest that nobody associate with this bank at all. Jose was the particular employee that profiled me and refused me change for my small business.

Hiring a teller who sets up a customer to be robbed and seriously assaulted yet no public statement is made nor any reward money offered for the one last suspect still at large . I will never ever ever conduct any business with your bank. Shame.

Adequate, basic bank features ATM is curiously located right next to drive through , you woul have to back up if the car in front was not done with the Teller
