Amazing experience. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Was looking for a better rate on my car loan I had through another company and Lee, Yvonne and the rest of the team were there to help and then some! Not only did I get a much better rate but I was able to consolidate all of my credit card debt into the loan as well. I'm saving a ton and have more money in my pocket each month. They were there every time I had a question with an accurate and almost immediate answer. Thank you for your hard work!!

Went into VyStar to inquire about money market accounts. I was greeted by the security officer who directed me to Lee OQuinn. He was able to get me all the information I needed, and even called one of his associates to clarify a question. Lee was upbeat and professional and happily made sure I understood the information. Thank you for a great experience!

I've been a member for over 30 years. The service from the organization is always great. However, my visit to the new location in Titusville is beyond anything I could image. The adjectives, outstanding, excellent, and amazing, are not even close to describing my experience. Each member of the staff greeted me with mounds of enthusiasm as I entered. (even the security staff had a nice smile). I was assisted by Yvonne Falero-Hawkins, Relationship Specialist II, and I must say, she lived up to the title and so much more. I feel as though it is truly a "relationship" that I have with Vystar because of the type of service she provided. The other staff members were also extremely helpful and very much engaged with making sure my visit was comfortable. In speaking of comfort, the design of the location, with its soft colors, large windows, and modular furniture, made for a easy environment to settle into as I conducted business. I'm an architect, thus I have a great appreciation for building design. Vystar has done a great job with this in their newly designed branches. Yes, it is very inviting!!! Another aspect of my visit that should not be missed; competence and information. The execution of assistance was fantastic. I was given options and information that far exceeded my expectations. I was even able to take care of business for my wife though she was not with me at the time. Although my wife and I live in Orlando, I do travel for work on the east coast. It would be my contention to hold all of my banking needs so that I can visit this branch when I travel. I would highly recommend Vystar to potential new members, as well, confidently encourage them to visit the new branch in Titusville. If my reception is any indication of the level of service to be received, I'm more than positive anyone will walk away completely satisfied. Thank you Yvonne. Thank you to the other staff members. After receiving a text alert on my phone that said my account was temporarily suspended due to recent activity, I went over to my local branch in Titusville. I got there at 8:40, but they don't open until 9:00. I waited in my car and a few minutes later the manager (I think) came out to invite me in so I wouldn't have to wait. The ladies inside the bank were AWESOME. Somehow my profile had did not have the correct information for me. Yvonne got right in, verified all my information, uploaded my ID, and got everything fixed. Then she added additional layers of security in case anyone other than me tried to access my account. So happy we now have a Vystar Branch in Titusville. Thank you, Thank you!

I called Lee Oquin this morning for banking business I needed done today. He went over and above to help me with several things I needed done.He has been my Banking Advisor since 2007.I wouldn’t trust my banking business with anyone else. He is always patient and informative with anything I need. Lee Oquin and Vystar are the best.

Really disappointed.. We signed up to use them as a new bank. Within a couple weeks everything went haywire their app doesn't work their computers are down we cannot do online banking and this has been going on for quite some time. So now we have to go in for everything. There is always a long line and only 1 or 2 employees to take care of the customers and if somebody has something that takes longer we all just stand in line and wait. I guess I'm going to have to change banks.

As a new VyStar customer, I was professionally greeted by Lee, Shelly and Yvonne. Thank you to Yvonne for helping me get set up as new member. I also appreciate that Lee took his time to answer any addition questions I had missed to ask Yvonne. I felt welcome as a new member.

Switched from Chase to VyStar today. Incredibly easy and miss Yvonne was so helpful. She helped set up my online banking and transfer everything. Very happy with VyStar.

Because of the online systems crashing my account is no longer linked to all of the apps I use to invest my money I can't invest at certain times while stocks are moving up and down and that is very important hope nothing drastic happens and I miss out Because then I will definitely be switching banks and looking to get that money from somewhere legally 🙃

Yvonne was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable , efficient and provided fantastic customer service. Very happy with the assistance that I received.
