Convient location and friendly staff. I went to make a large business deposit from a few differrent jobs and the teller offered to make multiple deposits for me instead of one lump deposit. Tool a little more time now but saved me the headache later when balancing my books! Great customer service.

Please pass this on to corp managment. VyStar you should know that you are failing in your service to your members. This morning I tried to access my online account to see what transactions only to find that access to my accounts payable is not available FOR NEXT 5 DAYS because of some system upgrade!!! Worst than that - complete online banking access will be unavailable from Friday 5/13 through 5/15 effectively locking me out of my own accounts. 98% of my transaction are done online. I’m blind as to which of my scheduled transaction are taking place during this “downtime” with no way to change or cancel if necessary until Monday 5/16! There was no email informing members of their intent to suspend activities just a small notification at the top of the page as if to say: "by the way, we’re shutting you out of your account now, deal with it." This is yet another lack of intelligent management of service that leaves its members in the dark. I think it’s time to investigate another institution to manage my funds. I would encourage other members to rethink their relationship with this lackluster institution.

Horrible service. I went there to open and account and refinance an auto loan. I had a 3:15 appointment. I received texts and an email as a reminder. The guy at one of the desks saw me sitting and completely ignored me to help someone else that just walked in. 20 mins later, I finally got someone to help me to find out the person I was working with was not there today. They were rude and completely unhelpful. I would not recommend doing business with this branch.

Internet banking is not working again mobile is not working still, the ATM I went to wasn't working. I'm switching to a new CU tomorrow. If someone doesn't loose their job for this desaster it will be even a worse public relations fail. I hope your paying attention. Don't put your trust or money in this CU.

"System upgrade" has left me unable to access my 8 accounts online, via the mobile app or via Quicken since May 13th. I went in to the Murabella branch today to withdraw my savings and they told me I can have a cashier's check! I had to push them to give me MY money in cash so be warned.
