The home buying process is stressful enough but Dan went above and beyond to make the process easier on us. He made sure we understood everything that we were signing and going through. My wife and I recently purchased a house and was recommended to use Dan as our loan broker by our great realtor. Lets just say we are so thrilled we decided to go with Dan. From the very start of the process he was knowledgeable with the process and answered all our questions right away. Every time we called, he would answer or call back with-in a couple hours, depending on the time of day or night. We learned so much about the loan process we never knew before when buying a house. He estimated all the cost at the high end, which at first might have been a little scary, but he had informed us he would so there was no extra money added at the end of the process. In the end we paid less then estimated and here is the kicker!!! We got in at a supper low interest rate. Thinking it would be a little over 3%, which is still good, we got it for under 3%. We will use Dan for all future house buying and will be recommending him to everyone we know that is looking to buy.
