I noticed a few non positive replies,can't say I'm a real regular customer,every time I have shopped here the staff has always been friendly ,polite and very helpful ,today was a perfect example took an electronic devise to the counter for test run Michele retrieved all the cords and accessories neither of us could get it work,tried another brand and it worked fine she made sure I had all the right cords and explained how a few of the extra added bonus cords were used for, I left happy and feel I got a fair deal, In life if you start out with a positive attitude toward all people when shopping it's usually returned ten fold Best V
