    Extremely rude and unwelcoming staff. No one has time to work and no one understands the basic policy of VACU. Random man accosted me when I walked in, treated me like a suspect when I explained multiple times I was just there to see a teller about my card.

    I was there this morning and the person at the desk wasn’t helpful or not trying to help me. He looks like he was having an attitude with me and tell me he can’t help me. I left there very disappointed how he treats me. I regretted that I opened an account with them.

    Scheduled an appointment for a new member account , wasn't seen until 25 minutes after the appointment time. I don't understand what's the point in making an appointment if you still have to wait. Staff didn't provide great service at all. I didn't feel welcome or wanted.

    Good afternoon, the truth is, I am offended by the person at the inside window called Katrina or Katrina Perry, a woman of color every time I arrive and pass with her, she asks me a question in very bad taste, why do I withdraw my cash? of the account and he does not take notes, he only tells me that what I want my money for and he is the only person who does that with me is because I am Hispanic but in reality it is my money and I use it to pay my house and other bills. that question every time I feel very offended and that makes your institution look bad.Please take this into account to improve customer service regardless of the diversity of races respectfully

    TERRIBLE. This has got to be the SLOWEST bank I have EVER been to. There will be only 3 people in line and no one will help for 5+ minutes. I was just in line and the teller looked at me in my face (I was in lane 1) and didn’t even acknowledge me. I’ve been trying utilize the bank since Thursday, but the lines here are always stupid long. It just took me 26 minutes just to make a withdrawal!

    They have the slowest drive through in history. Everytime I com here, there are maybe 2 cars in each line, and it takes at least 1/2 hour. Please hire some more help or get tellers that can move faster. This is insane.

    Update: the at the moment seems to have gotten a little better with new machines in but now the drive through is consistently wrapped around the building, sometimes even blocking access to the ATM’s. They need a better way to deal with the traffic. ———————————————————————— As usual, ATM issues causing a long line. Had to get out of line just to wait in line again.

    From the moment I walked into the bank i was greeted. I signed in for assistant & with in two minutes of sitting I was helped. U had the best REP helping my niece. He was very attentive, kind, thoughtful and pleasant. I definitely give him 5 stars. 🇬🇧
